【摘要】：正在2013年中國城市規(guī)劃年會的城市總體規(guī)劃專題會議上,同濟(jì)大學(xué)的趙民教授作為特邀嘉賓,重點(diǎn)從理論上作了關(guān)于總體規(guī)劃規(guī)范性的主題報告;9位論文作者分別從自己的工作實(shí)踐出發(fā),結(jié)合案例、圍繞總體規(guī)劃的創(chuàng)新進(jìn)行了精彩的專題發(fā)言。以下將從總體規(guī)劃的規(guī)范和創(chuàng)新兩個方面,對上述10個學(xué)術(shù)報告的主要觀點(diǎn)進(jìn)行總結(jié)和簡要評析。
[Abstract]:Professor Zhao Min of Tongji University is a special guest at the 2013 China City Planning Annual Conference on Urban Master Planning. This paper focuses on the theme report on the standardization of the overall planning in theory. The authors of this paper, starting from their own work practices and combining with cases, have made wonderful special presentations around the innovation of the overall planning. The main points of the above 10 academic reports are summarized and briefly reviewed from the following two aspects: the normative and innovative aspects of the master plan.
