【摘要】：隨著中國社會的不斷發(fā)展,城市化所帶來的社會問題也逐漸顯現(xiàn)。一方面人口的激增帶來了住宅的供不應(yīng)求；另一方面,在城市范圍內(nèi)出現(xiàn)了大量閑置的工業(yè)建筑。前者造成住宅建設(shè)量的不斷攀升,后者卻為既有建筑帶來了被拆除的命運。兩者都以大拆大建的方式消耗著社會資源,那么它們是否有相互結(jié)合、轉(zhuǎn)化的可能?以此為背景,筆者試圖以尺度轉(zhuǎn)換問題為切入點,研究工業(yè)建筑改造為住宅的相關(guān)問題,并結(jié)合支撐體住宅理論方法及國外案例進行尺度轉(zhuǎn)換模式的探索。 緒論對本文所針對的問題進行了進一步的分析,并明確了相關(guān)的概念和研究范圍及研究對象。正文部分共五章： 第一章主要闡述了工業(yè)建筑改造為住宅的意義及可能性。 第二章主要將支撐體住宅理論與工業(yè)建筑改造建立聯(lián)系,并以此為基礎(chǔ)歸納了工業(yè)建筑的空間尺度模式。 第三章主要在支撐體住宅理論框架下分析了人的居住行為對支撐體尺度的影響,并以此歸納了住宅的空間尺度模式。 第四章主要以前文的歸納的尺度模式為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合實際案例對尺度轉(zhuǎn)換的模式及方法進行了探索。 第五章結(jié)語部分,對論文期間所做工作進行了反思與總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of Chinese society, the social problems brought by urbanization also gradually appear. On the one hand, a surge in population has led to a shortage of housing; on the other hand, a large number of idle industrial buildings have appeared in urban areas. The former leads to the increasing amount of housing construction, but the latter brings the fate of demolition for the existing buildings. Both of them consume social resources in the way of big demolition and construction, so is it possible for them to combine and transform each other? Based on this background, the author tries to study the problems related to the transformation of industrial buildings into housing, and combines the theoretical methods of supporting housing and foreign cases to explore the scale conversion model. The introduction makes a further analysis of the problems in this paper, and clarifies the related concepts, research scope and research object. The first chapter mainly expounds the significance and possibility of the transformation of industrial buildings into housing. The second chapter mainly establishes the relation between the support housing theory and the industrial building reconstruction, and sums up the spatial scale model of the industrial building on the basis of it. The third chapter analyzes the influence of human living behavior on the support scale under the framework of the supporting housing theory, and concludes the spatial scale model of the housing. In the fourth chapter, the model and method of scale conversion are explored based on the scale model and practical cases. The fifth chapter concludes the work done during the thesis.
