【摘要】：可行性研究是項目管理的重要基礎(chǔ)工作，是在項目投資決策之前，運用多種科學(xué)工具對項目進行綜合性技術(shù)和經(jīng)濟論證的一種科學(xué)方法,被稱為“決定項目命運的關(guān)鍵”。論文在項目管理的理論框架下，運用可行性研究的具體方法和手段，對A股份有限公司藏藥飲片加工中心建設(shè)項目進行了具體分析。 在研究過程中，論文采取定性與定量分析相結(jié)合、靜態(tài)與動態(tài)分析相結(jié)合、分析歸納法等研究方法，立足于市場、技術(shù)、組織、財務(wù)、風(fēng)險等不同視角，對該項目的可行性進行分析。首先，進行細致的市場分析與預(yù)測，，采用用SWOT分析方法確定了該項目面臨的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機會、威脅；其次，設(shè)計了項目建設(shè)方案，包括項目的建設(shè)規(guī)模、地點，產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)工藝，以及企業(yè)組織設(shè)計；第三，重點利用財務(wù)評價的基本理論和評價指標(biāo)，對投資估算、財務(wù)指標(biāo)評價和不確定分析等問題進行了詳細的財務(wù)評價研究，找出了影響經(jīng)濟效益的敏感性因素，并提出具有針對性的風(fēng)險防范建議；最后，通過分析總結(jié)，提出A公司藏藥飲片加工中心建設(shè)項目的可行性評價意見，為企業(yè)投資決策提供了科學(xué)的依據(jù)，同時，也希望能夠供類似項目提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Feasibility study is an important basic work of project management. It is a scientific method for comprehensive technical and economic demonstration of the project with various scientific tools before the project investment decision. It is called "the key to determine the destiny of the project". Under the theoretical framework of project management, this paper makes a concrete analysis on the construction project of Tibetan medicine processing center in A Company by using the specific methods and means of feasibility study. In the course of the research, the thesis adopts the methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis, static and dynamic analysis and inductive analysis, which are based on different perspectives such as market, technology, organization, finance, risk and so on. The feasibility of the project is analyzed. First, the detailed market analysis and prediction, using the SWOT analysis method to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats faced by the project; secondly, designed the project construction program, including the project construction scale, location, Third, using the basic theory and evaluation index of financial evaluation, the paper makes a detailed study on investment estimation, financial index evaluation and uncertainty analysis, etc. This paper finds out the sensitive factors that affect the economic benefit, and puts forward the corresponding risk prevention suggestions. Finally, through the analysis and summary, the paper puts forward the feasibility evaluation opinions of the construction project of the Tibetan medicine slice processing center in Company A. It provides scientific basis for enterprise investment decision, and also hopes to provide reference for similar projects.
