【摘要】：快速城鎮(zhèn)化后期,歷史城區(qū)更新普遍出現(xiàn)了以文化"反哺"為表征的社會需求,對城市規(guī)劃策略的制定提出了新的挑戰(zhàn)。研究解讀了歷史城區(qū)文化建設(shè)由"犧牲"到"反哺"的轉(zhuǎn)變及其深層原因,分析了文化對歷史城區(qū)更新的兩類作用機(jī)制,并以廣州北京路地區(qū)為研究對象,對歷史城區(qū)更新的文化策略構(gòu)建和實施進(jìn)行了初步探索。同時,從經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會和空間三個層面構(gòu)建了"存古納新"的文化"反哺"柔性策略,并對文化策略實施可能出現(xiàn)的問題做出了預(yù)判。
[Abstract]:In the late period of rapid urbanization, the social demand characterized by cultural "feedback" appeared in the renewal of historical urban areas, which posed a new challenge to the formulation of urban planning strategies. This paper interprets the transformation of cultural construction from "sacrifice" to "feedback" in the historical urban area and its deep reasons, analyzes the two kinds of mechanism of culture's action on the renewal of historical urban area, and takes the area of Guangzhou Beijing Road as the research object. This paper probes into the construction and implementation of cultural strategies for the renewal of historical urban areas. At the same time, from the economic, social and spatial aspects, this paper constructs the flexible strategy of "cultural feedback" from the three aspects of economy, society and space, and makes a pre-judgment on the problems that may arise in the implementation of cultural strategy.
