超高層辦公建筑交往空間設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:近年來,隨著我國(guó)城市化進(jìn)程的速度不斷地加快,城市CBD迅速崛起,作為能夠最大程度地實(shí)現(xiàn)信息的加工、集散和再創(chuàng)造的超高層辦公建筑在城市CBD中不斷地增殖。超高層辦公建筑公共空間的重要組成部分——交往空間,在其中扮演著相當(dāng)重要的角色。然而在當(dāng)前不少新建的超高層辦公建筑中,交往空間的設(shè)計(jì)常常不如人意,建筑設(shè)計(jì)人員或者是對(duì)交往活動(dòng)認(rèn)識(shí)的深度不夠,或者是對(duì)交往空間的本質(zhì)缺乏必要的了解。本論文就是在這樣的背景之下,以超高層辦公建筑的交往空間作為研究對(duì)象,通過對(duì)超高層辦公建筑交往空間進(jìn)行分類研究,力求得出相關(guān)的設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)和設(shè)計(jì)原則,并喚起廣大建筑設(shè)計(jì)人員和建筑開發(fā)商對(duì)超高層辦公建筑交往空間的重視,使得該部分空間的地位得到相應(yīng)的提升,從而使超高層辦公建筑的整體空間品質(zhì)上升到一個(gè)新的高度,更好地滿足辦公人員在辦公行為以外,對(duì)超高層辦公建筑精神層面的需求。 本論文研究?jī)?nèi)容主要包括以下幾個(gè)部分: 第一章是提出問題的部分。對(duì)研究的總體進(jìn)行概述,包括研究的背景、目的與意義、現(xiàn)狀、對(duì)象及內(nèi)容、方法以及全文的研究框架。 第二章是分析問題的部分。對(duì)交往和交往空間進(jìn)行解析,首先分別闡述交往、交往空間以及超高層辦公建筑交往空間的一些概念和特征。其次,,通過對(duì)超高層辦公建筑與低層辦公建筑交往空間的比較分析,影響超高層辦公建筑交往空間的設(shè)計(jì)因素來進(jìn)一步剖析超高層辦公建筑交往空間以及對(duì)超高層辦公建筑交往空間進(jìn)行分類。最后,通過對(duì)珠江新城超高層辦公建筑交往空間的問卷調(diào)查,分析當(dāng)前超高層辦公建筑交往空間存在的問題,提出一些交往空間的設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)和原則,以便為后文的交往空間設(shè)計(jì)研究奠定基礎(chǔ)。 第三、四章是本論文的核心,是解決問題的部分。論文從兩個(gè)方面來研究超高層辦公建筑的交往空間設(shè)計(jì)——內(nèi)部交往空間設(shè)計(jì)研究和外部交往空間設(shè)計(jì)研究。首先對(duì)內(nèi)、外部交往空間進(jìn)行細(xì)化分類,其中內(nèi)部交往空間主要包括:大堂空間、中庭空間、走廊空間、空中花園以及屋頂花園,外部交往空間主要包括:廣場(chǎng)空間、庭院空間、底層架空空間、入口空間以及建筑界面的凹空間,通過對(duì)每種空間的概念、功能屬性的研究,得出各自的設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)。 第五章是理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際的部分。結(jié)合筆者參與的中山市健康大廈設(shè)計(jì)的親身體會(huì),對(duì)前文理論進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步的檢驗(yàn),并闡述其交往空間的設(shè)計(jì)思路和特點(diǎn)。 最后部分為全文的結(jié)語及對(duì)未來超高層辦公建筑交往空間設(shè)計(jì)的展望。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of urbanization in China, urban CBD has been rising rapidly. As a super high-rise office building, which can process, distribute and recreate information to the greatest extent, it is constantly proliferating in urban CBD. Communication space, an important part of public space in super-high-rise office buildings, plays a very important role in it. However, in many newly built super-high-rise office buildings, the design of the communication space is often unsatisfactory, the architectural designers either do not know the depth of communication activities, or lack the necessary understanding of the nature of the communication space. Under this background, this paper takes the communication space of the super high-rise office building as the research object, through the classification research on the communication space of the super high-rise office building, it tries to get the relevant design essentials and design principles. And arousing the attention of architectural designers and building developers to the communication space of super-high-rise office buildings, so that the status of this part of the space has been raised accordingly. Thus, the overall space quality of the super-high-rise office building is raised to a new height, which can better meet the needs of the office staff in the spiritual level of the super-high-rise office building beyond the office behavior. The main contents of this thesis are as follows: the first chapter is the part of raising questions. This paper summarizes the whole research, including the background, the purpose and significance, the present situation, the object and content, the method and the research frame of this paper. The second chapter is the analysis of the problem. This paper analyzes the communication and communication space. Firstly, the concepts and characteristics of the communication space, the communication space and the communication space of the super high office building are expounded respectively. Secondly, through the comparative analysis of the communication space between the super-high-rise office building and the low-rise office building, The design factors which affect the communication space of super high-rise office building are analyzed to further analyze the communication space of super high-rise office building and to classify the communication space of super high-rise office building. Finally, through the questionnaire survey of the communication space of the super high-rise office building in the Pearl River New City, the paper analyzes the problems existing in the communication space of the super high-rise office building, and puts forward some design points and principles of the communication space. In order to lay a foundation for the later study of communication space design. The third, fourth chapter is the core of this paper, is the part of solving the problem. This paper studies the design of communication space in super-high office buildings from two aspects: the design of internal communication space and the design of external communication space. First of all, the internal and external communication space is classified in detail, in which the internal communication space mainly includes: lobby space, atrium space, corridor space, aerial garden and roof garden, and external communication space mainly includes: square space. The courtyard space, the bottom overhead space, the entrance space and the concave space of the building interface, through the research of each kind of space concept, the function attribute, obtains the respective design key points. The fifth chapter is the part of integrating theory with practice. Combined with the author's personal experience in the design of Zhongshan City Health Building, this paper further tests the previous theory, and expounds the design ideas and characteristics of its communication space. The last part is the conclusion of the full text and the prospect of communication space design of super-high-rise office buildings in the future.
