【摘要】：隨著綠色建筑的興起以及《綠色建筑評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(GB/T50378—2006)規(guī)范的制定，對綠色建筑給排水設(shè)計提出了以節(jié)水及水資源利用為主的各項要求，其中很多關(guān)鍵技術(shù)措施在一般工程中不多見。 本論文以實際工程——某超高層綜合性辦公大樓為依托，以中國綠色建筑二星級標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為目標(biāo)，圍繞《廣東省綠色建筑評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(DBJ/T15-83-2011)中對節(jié)水與水資源利用的各項細(xì)則要求，綜合分析廣州地區(qū)的氣候特點及各項影響因素，從節(jié)水、節(jié)能兩方面確定該辦公大樓的給排水設(shè)計方案，并采取相應(yīng)技術(shù)措施。 本工程中涉及的綠色建筑給排水工程設(shè)計要點包括：（1）變頻調(diào)速供水技術(shù)；（2）合理選擇節(jié)水器具；（3）太陽能熱水供應(yīng)技術(shù)；（4）真空排水技術(shù)；（5）同層排水技術(shù)：（6）雨水收集回用技術(shù)及滴灌高效灌溉等，，對綠色建筑的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)——太陽能熱水技術(shù)和雨水收集回用技術(shù)進(jìn)行重點分析研究。為綠色建筑的給水排水設(shè)計提供了可行的設(shè)計參數(shù)和有益的設(shè)計經(jīng)驗，具有較大的工程應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:With the rise of green building and the establishment of the Standard of Evaluation of Green Building (GB / T 50378-2006), the requirements of water saving and water resource utilization are put forward for the design of water supply and sewerage of green building. Many of the key technical measures are rare in general engineering. This paper is based on the practical project, a super high-rise office building, and takes the two-star standard of green building in China as the target. It revolves around the detailed rules of water saving and utilization of water resources in the Evaluation Standard of Green Building in Guangdong Province (DBJ / T15-83-2011). Based on the comprehensive analysis of the climatic characteristics and various influencing factors in Guangzhou, the water supply and drainage design scheme of the office building is determined from the aspects of water saving and energy saving, and the corresponding technical measures are taken. The main design points of the green building water supply and drainage project include: (1) variable frequency speed regulating water supply technology; (2) reasonable selection of water-saving apparatus; (3) solar water supply technology; (4) vacuum drainage technology; (5) drainage technology of the same layer: (6) Rain Water collection and reuse technology and drip irrigation high efficiency irrigation, etc. The key technologies of green building, solar hot water technology and Rain Water collection and reuse technology, are analyzed and studied emphatically. It provides feasible design parameters and useful design experience for the design of water supply and sewerage of green buildings, and has great engineering application value.
