【摘要】：當下,中國的房產行業(yè)商業(yè)化景象蔚然成風。然而,卻鮮有對老年人的居住及景觀的人居環(huán)境的關注。我國的老年供養(yǎng)機構與國外的老年供養(yǎng)機構相比較,高素質醫(yī)護人員的缺乏,老年居住環(huán)境沒有高需求的設施設備的配合,以及戶外景觀的缺失,都是老年供養(yǎng)機構無法高效承載老人生活,讓老人安度晚年的重要原因。 本文分析了老年人特殊的外部生理條件和敏感的內部心理需求,了解老年人在生活和活動中真正需要的社區(qū)景觀環(huán)境的內容和實際意義。以此對其提出一系列可行的關懷型設計原則并且加以實施。 在這過程中,首先必須對于老年人居景觀現(xiàn)狀進行必要的反思,從而創(chuàng)造具有心理價值的景觀設計,創(chuàng)造老人景觀中必要的服務區(qū)建設,以及動態(tài)種植型景觀的創(chuàng)新理念都是體現(xiàn)以人為本的老人人居景觀設計的重要因素。
[Abstract]:At the moment, the commercialization of the real estate industry in China has become a popular scene. However, there are few concerns about the living and landscape of the elderly. The elderly supply institutions in China are compared with the foreign elderly supply institutions, the lack of high-quality medical staff, the coordination of facilities and equipment that have no high demand for the elderly living environment, and the external view of the household. The lack of outlook is an important reason why the elderly support institutions can not effectively carry out the life of the elderly and let the elderly live in their old age.
This paper analyzes the special external physiological conditions and the sensitive internal psychological needs of the elderly, and understands the content and practical significance of the community landscape environment that the old people really need in life and activities, and puts forward a series of feasible care design principles and implements them.
In this process, it is necessary to reflect on the present situation of the old people's living landscape, so as to create the landscape design with psychological value, to create the necessary service area in the old man's landscape and the innovative idea of the dynamic planting landscape, all of which are the important factors that embody the people based human living landscape design.
