【摘要】：中國(guó)葡萄酒莊建設(shè)尚處于初步發(fā)展階段,對(duì)兼具觀光和生產(chǎn)的葡萄酒莊景觀設(shè)計(jì)還缺乏一定研究。本文通過(guò)對(duì)湖南城郊葡萄酒莊園實(shí)地及問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,分析總結(jié)相關(guān)的理論研究成果,提出了湖南城郊型葡萄酒莊景觀設(shè)計(jì)理論體系并得出如下結(jié)論： (1)根據(jù)葡萄酒文化表達(dá)的內(nèi)容,提出葡萄酒莊景觀設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)結(jié)合葡萄酒文化中的葡萄栽培、中國(guó)葡萄酒文化、葡萄酒釀造、葡萄酒藝術(shù)及葡萄酒禮等,展現(xiàn)酒莊文化內(nèi)涵。 (2)通過(guò)對(duì)湖南城郊葡萄酒莊園實(shí)地調(diào)查,總結(jié)其優(yōu)點(diǎn)并分析得出主題文化缺失、酒莊缺乏特色、缺乏標(biāo)志性建筑和富有特色的外環(huán)境景觀、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施落后,以及缺乏植物空間的掩映、建筑形式與本地特色沖突、酒莊整體環(huán)境缺乏層次等設(shè)計(jì)和建設(shè)的不足,并通過(guò)葡萄酒莊游客問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,了解游客對(duì)酒莊的滿意度及建議,為未來(lái)城郊葡萄酒莊的景觀設(shè)計(jì)提供借鑒。 (3)依據(jù)相關(guān)學(xué)科的研究理論,提出葡萄酒莊應(yīng)注重生態(tài)可持續(xù)性、人的參與性、經(jīng)濟(jì)集中性、突出區(qū)域特色、文化主題整體性、景觀多樣性的設(shè)計(jì)原則,并在其基礎(chǔ)上提出葡萄酒莊的景觀定位、景觀布局、功能分區(qū)、景觀序列和景觀構(gòu)成要素的規(guī)劃與設(shè)計(jì)等內(nèi)容。 (4)結(jié)合真人橋葡萄酒莊實(shí)例驗(yàn)證理論研究的成果。 本文以湖南城郊為基礎(chǔ),提出葡萄酒莊景觀設(shè)計(jì)的基本理論,指出地理?xiàng)l件和文化背景將成為葡萄酒莊景觀設(shè)計(jì)重要的參考因素并引導(dǎo)設(shè)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:The construction of winery in China is still in the initial stage of development, and the landscape design of winery with both sightseeing and production has not been studied. Based on the field and questionnaire survey of wine manor in the suburbs of Hunan Province, this paper analyzes and summarizes the relevant theoretical research results. This paper puts forward the theory system of the landscape design of Hunan suburban winery and draws the following conclusions: 1) according to the contents of the wine culture expression, the landscape design of the winery should be combined with the grape cultivation in the wine culture. Chinese wine culture, wine brewing, wine art and wine ceremony show the cultural connotation of winery. Lack of characteristics, lack of iconic buildings and distinctive external environment landscape, backward infrastructure, lack of plant space, conflict between architectural form and local characteristics, lack of hierarchy of the overall environment of the winery, etc. And through the wine shop tourist questionnaire survey, to understand the tourists' satisfaction with the winery and suggestions, for the future suburban winery landscape design reference. 3) based on the relevant disciplines of research theory, The paper points out that the winery should pay attention to the design principles of ecological sustainability, human participation, economic centralization, regional characteristics, cultural theme integrity and landscape diversity. On the basis of it, the landscape positioning and landscape layout of the winery are put forward. Functional zoning, landscape sequence and landscape elements planning and design. Based on the suburb of Hunan province, this paper puts forward the basic theory of winery landscape design, and points out that geographical conditions and cultural background will become important reference factors and guide the design of winery landscape design.
