【摘要】：住房問(wèn)題——是一個(gè)世界性難題,與整個(gè)人類息息相關(guān)。 住宅設(shè)計(jì)——是十分復(fù)雜的課題,隸屬于交叉關(guān)聯(lián)學(xué)科。 對(duì)于一個(gè)建筑師來(lái)講,描繪幾套高檔豪宅也許不算是什么難題。而設(shè)計(jì)一套適合我國(guó)國(guó)情的小戶型舒適住宅,則要深思熟慮,精打細(xì)敲。關(guān)于小戶型建筑的科學(xué)化、合理化、舒適度的設(shè)計(jì)研究,需要更多有社會(huì)責(zé)任感的開(kāi)發(fā)商、建筑師、施工人員即全社會(huì)力量的響應(yīng)。本文從課題研究之背景、目的、意義、現(xiàn)狀及分析需求進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)綜述,明確提出了精心規(guī)劃、質(zhì)量可靠、設(shè)施配套、布局合理的小戶型舒適度住宅方能滿足人民群眾安居樂(lè)業(yè),促進(jìn)國(guó)家社會(huì)和諧發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Housing problem-is a worldwide problem, closely related to the entire human race. Residential design-is a very complex subject, subject to cross-related disciplines. It may not be a problem for an architect to depict luxury homes. And design a suit of our country national condition small Huxing comfortable residence, want to be considered carefully, hit fine knock. The research on the scientific, rational and comfortable design of small household buildings needs more social responsibility of developers, architects, construction personnel, that is, the response of the whole society. In this paper, the background, purpose, significance, present situation and analysis demand of the project are summarized, and the well-planned, reliable, well-equipped, well-distributed and well-arranged small dwelling house can meet the needs of the people, so that the people can live and work in peace and contentment. Promote the harmonious development of the country and society.
