夏熱冬冷地區(qū)既有商業(yè)建筑節(jié)能改造研究

【摘要】:我國(guó)的建筑節(jié)能事業(yè)起步晚,相對(duì)于國(guó)外其他發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的建筑節(jié)能事業(yè)而言有很大差距。同時(shí),現(xiàn)有的建筑節(jié)能發(fā)展分布不均勻,夏熱冬冷地區(qū)的建筑節(jié)能發(fā)展相對(duì)較慢。在公共建筑節(jié)能改造中,國(guó)家首先針對(duì)的是政府辦公建筑的節(jié)能改造,而商業(yè)建筑的建筑節(jié)能發(fā)展嚴(yán)重滯后,“十二五”計(jì)劃中國(guó)只提出了加強(qiáng)夏熱冬冷地區(qū)居住建筑節(jié)能改造的要求,單位面積能源消耗量是居住建筑5-15倍的商業(yè)建筑改造仍然停留在了簡(jiǎn)單美學(xué)層面,節(jié)能意識(shí)非常薄弱,F(xiàn)有的商業(yè)建筑的節(jié)能改造大多僅停留在了空調(diào)、照明的改造上,整體節(jié)能意識(shí)較差,而隨著節(jié)能要求的不斷提高,只有從綜合的多角度考慮節(jié)能問(wèn)題才能更好的達(dá)到節(jié)能要求,本文便整體入手,分別從改造設(shè)計(jì)手法、相關(guān)技術(shù)改造、管理政策及運(yùn)營(yíng)管理模式三方面對(duì)夏熱冬冷地區(qū)既商業(yè)建筑的節(jié)能改造進(jìn)行研究;诖,論文由如下六個(gè)章節(jié)組成: 第1章講述了國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有建筑節(jié)能狀況的大環(huán)境,列舉了發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家節(jié)能發(fā)展?fàn)顩r和發(fā)展共性,再分析了國(guó)內(nèi)現(xiàn)有的公共建筑節(jié)能狀況,分析出現(xiàn)國(guó)內(nèi)外節(jié)能發(fā)展的差距性,同時(shí)敘述了研究的方法、目的、意義,提出了論文框架。 第2章分析了夏熱冬冷地區(qū)的氣候特征和其地區(qū)范圍內(nèi)既有商業(yè)建筑的能耗特征,對(duì)不同規(guī)模的商業(yè)建筑進(jìn)行了分類(lèi)和定義,分析夏熱冬冷地區(qū)范圍內(nèi)商業(yè)建筑改造的現(xiàn)狀。 第3章從建筑改造設(shè)計(jì)的角度來(lái)評(píng)析商業(yè)建筑改造可以采取的方式,對(duì)比分析不同類(lèi)別的商業(yè)建筑可適應(yīng)的改造方式。 第4章從技術(shù)改造方面來(lái)分析既有商業(yè)建筑節(jié)能改造的可行方法,分別對(duì)圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)、空調(diào)系統(tǒng)、照明系統(tǒng)這三個(gè)部分進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,得出適合夏熱冬冷地區(qū)氣候特征的商業(yè)建筑節(jié)能改造技術(shù)手段。 第5章從社會(huì)意識(shí)和政策控制方面來(lái)促進(jìn)節(jié)能改造的發(fā)展,通過(guò)社會(huì)調(diào)研、對(duì)比分析得出可行性較高的評(píng)判標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和管理機(jī)制。 第6章通過(guò)實(shí)際案例分析來(lái)論證前三個(gè)角度的改造策略,同時(shí)依托軟件的計(jì)算進(jìn)行定量分析,得出計(jì)算數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。
[Abstract]:Compared with other developed countries, there is a big gap between China and other developed countries. At the same time, the development of building energy conservation is uneven, and the development of building energy efficiency is relatively slow in hot summer and cold winter area. In the transformation of energy conservation of public buildings, the country first aims at the energy-saving transformation of government office buildings, but the development of building energy efficiency of commercial buildings lags behind seriously. In the 12th Five-Year Plan, China has only put forward the requirement of strengthening the energy-saving transformation of residential buildings in hot summer and cold winter areas. The energy consumption per unit area of commercial buildings, which is 5 to 15 times that of residential buildings, has remained at a simple aesthetic level. Energy saving consciousness is very weak. Most of the existing commercial buildings only stay in the transformation of air conditioning, lighting transformation, the overall energy-saving awareness is poor, but with the continuous improvement of energy-saving requirements, Only by considering the problem of energy conservation from a comprehensive and multi-angle perspective can we better meet the requirements of energy conservation. Three aspects of management policy and operation management mode are studied on energy saving transformation of commercial buildings in hot summer and cold winter area. Based on this, the thesis consists of the following six chapters: The first chapter describes the environment of the existing building energy saving situation at home and abroad, enumerates the developed country energy conservation development situation and the development commonness, then analyzes the domestic existing public building energy saving condition, analyzes the disparity of the domestic and foreign energy saving development. At the same time, the method, purpose and significance of the research are described, and the frame of the thesis is put forward. The second chapter analyzes the climate characteristics of hot summer and cold winter area and the energy consumption characteristics of existing commercial buildings in the region, classifies and defines commercial buildings of different scales, and analyzes the present situation of commercial building reconstruction in hot summer and cold winter area. Chapter 3 analyzes the ways that commercial buildings can be reformed from the angle of architectural reconstruction design, and compares and analyzes the adaptable ways of different types of commercial buildings. Chapter 4 analyzes the feasible methods of energy-saving transformation of existing commercial buildings from the aspect of technical transformation, and compares and analyzes the three parts of envelope structure, air conditioning system and lighting system, respectively. The technical means of energy saving transformation of commercial buildings suitable for climate characteristics in hot summer and cold winter area are obtained. Chapter 5 promotes the development of energy-saving transformation from the aspect of social consciousness and policy control. Through social investigation and comparative analysis, the author draws a feasible evaluation standard and management mechanism. In chapter 6, the transformation strategy of the first three angles is demonstrated through the actual case analysis, and the quantitative analysis is carried out on the basis of the calculation of the software, and the calculated data are compared and analyzed.
