呈縱橫排列的群體高層建筑風(fēng)荷載干擾研究

【摘要】:高層住宅小區(qū)的建筑物通常按南北和東西方向呈現(xiàn)較規(guī)則的縱橫排列形態(tài)。這類高層建筑的風(fēng)荷載由于受上下游及側(cè)邊建筑的群體干擾影響,將呈現(xiàn)出與單體建筑或少數(shù)幾幢相鄰建筑顯著不同的分布狀況。鑒于目前這類呈縱橫排列的純高層建筑住宅小區(qū)越來越多,因此研究其中典型建筑的風(fēng)荷載干擾效應(yīng),對同類建筑的圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)和承重結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)將具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文以實(shí)際工程“錢江世紀(jì)城人才專用房一期工程”的群體高層建筑為模本,完成了呈縱橫排列的群體高層建筑中典型塔樓在單、群體工況下的風(fēng)洞剛性模型同步測壓試驗(yàn),并開展了以下幾個方面的研究工作:(1)根據(jù)剛性模型風(fēng)洞試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,分析了典型塔樓在不同風(fēng)向角及單、群體工況下的局部風(fēng)壓系數(shù)均值和極值沿建筑高度和寬度的分布特性,總結(jié)了典型建筑表面局部風(fēng)壓的群體干擾規(guī)律;(2)分析了塔樓在單、群體工況下各測試層的風(fēng)載合力及整體體型系數(shù)隨風(fēng)向角以及隨高度的變化規(guī)律,研究了處建筑群不同平面位置的建筑物的風(fēng)載合力所受的群體干擾影響;(3)分析了塔樓在單、群體工況下基底風(fēng)載合力隨風(fēng)向角的變化特性,通過定義風(fēng)干擾因子,并與規(guī)范方法、高頻動態(tài)測力天平試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行對比,研究了群體建筑中典型塔樓的基底合力的控制風(fēng)向角及群體干擾效應(yīng)。 研究表明,處于建筑群不同部位的建筑物呈現(xiàn)不同的風(fēng)荷載干擾效應(yīng)。不同部位建筑物的局部正風(fēng)壓及中部建筑的局部負(fù)風(fēng)壓數(shù)值(絕對值)總體呈趨于減小的遮擋效應(yīng),且邊角部建筑的效應(yīng)小于中部建筑;但邊角部建筑的局部負(fù)風(fēng)壓,尤其是極值負(fù)風(fēng)壓則會因局部狹道效應(yīng)呈現(xiàn)絕對值增大的現(xiàn)象。中部建筑的樓層風(fēng)荷載(或體型系數(shù))、基底風(fēng)荷載總體小于或接近于單體情況,但基底扭矩可能出現(xiàn)增大的現(xiàn)象;邊角部建筑的相應(yīng)風(fēng)荷載在控制風(fēng)向角及其附近風(fēng)向角下會出現(xiàn)一定程度的增強(qiáng)效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Buildings in a high-rise residential community are usually arranged in a relatively regular horizontal and horizontal arrangement in the direction of North and South and East and West. The wind load of this kind of high-rise building will be significantly different from that of a single building or a few adjacent buildings due to the influence of group interference from the upstream and downstream buildings. There are more and more residential buildings in pure high-rise buildings, so it is of great practical significance to study the wind load interference effect of typical buildings, which will be of great practical significance to the enclosure structure and the design of the bearing structure of the same kind of buildings.
In this paper, based on the actual project "Qianjiang Century City talent special room first phase project" as a model, the paper completed the wind tunnel rigid model synchronous pressure testing test of typical tower building under single and group working conditions, and carried out the following research work: (1) according to the rigid model wind tunnel. The results showed that the distribution characteristics of local wind pressure coefficient mean and extreme value along the building height and width under different wind direction angle and group condition were analyzed. The group interference law of local wind pressure of typical building surface was summarized. (2) analysis of the wind load and overall body shape system of the test layers under single and group conditions. The influence of group interference on the wind load of buildings with different plane position in the building group is studied with the variation of wind direction and height. (3) the variation characteristics of the wind direction angle of the base wind under the single and group conditions are analyzed, and the wind disturbance factor is defined and the dynamic force balance of the high frequency dynamic force is measured with the standard method. Based on the comparison of the test results, the wind direction and group interference effect of the base joint force of typical towers in the group buildings are studied.
The research shows that the buildings in different parts of the building exhibit different wind load interference effects. The local positive pressure of buildings in different parts and the local negative wind pressure value (absolute value) of the central building tend to decrease in general, and the effect of the side corner building is smaller than that of the central building; but the local negative wind pressure in the side corner is the local wind pressure, Especially, the extreme negative wind pressure will increase the absolute value of the local narrow channel effect. The floor wind load (or body coefficient) of the central building, the base wind load is less than or close to the single body condition, but the base torque may increase, and the corresponding wind load in the side corner building is controlled by the wind direction angle and the wind direction angle around it. There will be a certain degree of enhancement.
