【摘要】：自我國加入WTO以來，伴隨國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展，各行各業(yè)都進(jìn)入了一個全新的階段。作為國民經(jīng)濟(jì)重要支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)之一的建筑業(yè)，，也發(fā)生了深刻而長遠(yuǎn)的變革。高層甚至是超高層的出現(xiàn)，使得建筑的結(jié)構(gòu)形式和造型越來越多樣化。建筑業(yè)的迅猛發(fā)展使工程造價管理工作變的更加重要，工程量的計(jì)算作為工程造價控制的首要工作，具有工作量大、繁瑣、復(fù)雜等特點(diǎn)，約占編制整份工程預(yù)算工作量的50%～70%，其精確度和計(jì)算速度將直接影響到整個預(yù)算工作的質(zhì)量和進(jìn)度，因此正確快速的計(jì)算工程量具有十分重要的意義。 目前，我國建筑工程造價領(lǐng)域使用軟件計(jì)算工程量的現(xiàn)象越來越普遍，相比于傳統(tǒng)的手工算量，軟件算量無論在計(jì)算時間還是在計(jì)算精度上都具有相當(dāng)大的優(yōu)勢。但是算量軟件并非完美，本文在分析算量軟件優(yōu)勢的同時，著重分析軟件算量所存在的弊端和問題，對存在的問題提出了相關(guān)建議，并預(yù)測算量軟件未來向智能化發(fā)展的趨勢。 本文是在系統(tǒng)地分析了工程造價及工程量計(jì)算的相關(guān)理論知識的基礎(chǔ)上，對工程量計(jì)算方法的發(fā)展歷程做出簡要的介紹，重點(diǎn)介紹了軟件算量的背景、思路、種類和應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀。然后運(yùn)用廣聯(lián)達(dá)圖形算量軟件對實(shí)際工程進(jìn)行操作，并通過文字和圖表相結(jié)合的方式，驗(yàn)證了軟件算量的操作流程和輸出結(jié)果。最后通過手工算量和軟件算量進(jìn)行對比分析，得出工程量計(jì)算的有效方法，充分驗(yàn)證了在當(dāng)前形勢下，工程量計(jì)算最優(yōu)選用的方法。
[Abstract]:Since China's entry into WTO, with the rapid development of national economy, all kinds of industries have entered a new stage. As one of the important pillar industries of the national economy, the construction industry has also undergone profound and long-term changes. The appearance of high-rise and even super-high-rise makes the structure and shape of buildings more and more diversified. With the rapid development of the construction industry, the engineering cost management has become more important. As the first task of engineering cost control, the calculation of engineering quantity has the characteristics of heavy workload, tedious and complex, etc. The accuracy and speed of calculation will directly affect the quality and progress of the whole budget work, so it is very important to calculate the project quantity correctly and quickly. At present, it is more and more common to use software to calculate engineering quantity in the field of construction cost in our country. Compared with traditional manual calculation, software calculation has a great advantage in both calculating time and calculating precision. But the calculation software is not perfect. This paper analyzes the advantages of the calculation software, analyzes the disadvantages and problems of the software calculation quantity, puts forward the relevant suggestions to the existing problems, and predicts the future development trend of the calculation quantity software to intelligence. Based on the systematic analysis of the engineering cost and the related theoretical knowledge of engineering quantity calculation, this paper briefly introduces the development course of engineering quantity calculation method, with emphasis on the background, train of thought, category and application status of software calculation. Then, the operation flow and output results of the software are verified by the combination of text and chart. Finally, through the comparison and analysis of manual calculation and software calculation, the effective method of engineering quantity calculation is obtained, which fully verifies the optimal method of engineering quantity calculation under the current situation.
