【摘要】：礦產(chǎn)資源的開采利用可以帶來相當(dāng)可觀經(jīng)濟效益,推動著人類社會的進步和發(fā)展,但同時也給礦山及周邊的生態(tài)環(huán)境造成了巨大破壞,當(dāng)?shù)V山資源逐漸枯竭形成礦業(yè)廢棄地,制約著礦山所在地區(qū)社會經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,因此對礦業(yè)廢棄地的再生改造和重新利用就尤為重要且迫在眉睫。我國在礦業(yè)廢棄地修復(fù)和礦山公園建設(shè)方面的發(fā)展起步相對較晚,直至現(xiàn)在依舊處在探索階段,在礦山公園建設(shè)的建設(shè)過程中,對礦業(yè)廢棄地的再生、生態(tài)修復(fù)、可持續(xù)發(fā)展及景觀營造等方面的研究仍然比較滯后,缺乏具有較高實踐性的指導(dǎo)。本論文首先對礦業(yè)廢棄地修復(fù)和礦山公園規(guī)劃設(shè)計進行研究,歸納出礦業(yè)廢棄地的相關(guān)概念、特征、影響及修復(fù)措施。其次,結(jié)合地區(qū)特有的地域、人文、生態(tài)條件,對礦業(yè)廢棄地進行深入分析和研究,歸納出礦山公園規(guī)劃設(shè)計的內(nèi)容和原則。然后,挑選具有代表性的國內(nèi)外礦山公園如:英國康沃爾郡伊甸園項目、加拿大維多利亞布查特花園、上海辰山植物園礦坑花園、日照銀河公園、南京冶山國家礦山公園等五個案例,對其進行分析比較,學(xué)習(xí)借鑒礦山公園規(guī)劃設(shè)計方法。實證研究以宜興市金云莊礦山公園為例,在區(qū)位分析、市場分析、現(xiàn)狀分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了宜興市金云莊礦山公園總體規(guī)劃方案和局部設(shè)計方案,并提出各項目建設(shè)內(nèi)容、投資估算與效益分析以及規(guī)劃實施的政策、資金、技術(shù)等保障措施,為礦業(yè)廢棄地尋找其再生價值的體現(xiàn),以及尋求經(jīng)濟、社會、環(huán)境各方面效益相統(tǒng)一的礦山公園建設(shè)方法,為礦山公園的建設(shè)實踐提供參考與啟示。
[Abstract]:The exploitation and utilization of mineral resources can bring considerable economic benefits and promote the progress and development of human society, but it also causes great damage to the mine and its surrounding ecological environment. It restricts the development of society and economy in the mining area, so it is very important and urgent to regenerate and reuse the mining wasteland. The development of mining abandoned land restoration and mine park construction in China started relatively late, until now is still in the exploration stage, in the construction process of mining park construction, the mining waste land regeneration, ecological restoration, The research on sustainable development and landscape construction is still lagging behind, lacking of practical guidance. Firstly, this paper studies the restoration of mining wasteland and the planning and design of mine park, and summarizes the related concepts, characteristics, effects and restoration measures of mining abandoned land. Secondly, combined with the unique region, humanities, ecological conditions, mining abandoned land in-depth analysis and research, summed up the contents and principles of the planning and design of mine parks. Then, select representative domestic and foreign mining parks, such as: the Garden of Eden in Cornwall, Canada, Victoria, Canada, Botanical Garden, Shanghai Chenshan Botanical Garden, Rizhao Galactic Park, Five cases of Nanjing Yeshan National Mine Park are analyzed and compared, and the planning and design methods of mine parks are studied and used for reference. Taking Jinyunzhuang Mine Park in Yixing City as an example, based on location analysis, market analysis and current situation analysis, this paper puts forward the overall planning plan and partial design scheme of Jinyunzhuang Mine Park in Yixing City, and puts forward the contents of each project construction. Investment estimation and benefit analysis, as well as the policies, funds, technologies and other safeguard measures planned and implemented, to find the embodiment of its regeneration value for mining wasteland, as well as the construction methods of mining parks which are integrated with economic, social and environmental benefits. To provide reference and inspiration for the construction practice of mine park.
