【摘要】：城市空間是一種由很多對(duì)立面形成的空間語(yǔ)言,這些對(duì)立面反映了一個(gè)社會(huì)的體系①。既反映了各類城市用地在空間上的投影,又綜合反映了城市經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、文化等各個(gè)要素。伴隨著城市發(fā)展的變化,城市形態(tài)各部分要素及相互關(guān)系也相應(yīng)發(fā)生了深刻的變化。黃石作為一個(gè)具有三千年礦冶文明發(fā)展史的典型工礦城市,其工業(yè)發(fā)展與城市形態(tài)產(chǎn)生了一個(gè)明顯的聯(lián)動(dòng)關(guān)系。 本文以黃石工業(yè)發(fā)展為依據(jù),按時(shí)間脈絡(luò)和事件發(fā)展順序梳理了黃石工業(yè)發(fā)展與城市發(fā)展的聯(lián)動(dòng)關(guān)系,總結(jié)了黃石空間形態(tài)影響因子,通過(guò)工業(yè)用地拓展和歷年城鎮(zhèn)化率增長(zhǎng)、城市用地增長(zhǎng)等相關(guān)指標(biāo)的協(xié)同性分析,以資源的開(kāi)采程度分階段總結(jié)了黃石工業(yè)用地拓展與黃石城市形態(tài)的正相關(guān)關(guān)系。最后在此基礎(chǔ)上,從時(shí)間特征和空間特征上剖析了黃石城市空間形態(tài)的發(fā)展特征和演變機(jī)制。有如下結(jié)論： 1)黃石市工業(yè)發(fā)展與城市發(fā)展聯(lián)系緊密,工業(yè)用地?cái)U(kuò)展影響著城市形態(tài)演變,工業(yè)用地分布在城市的幾大城區(qū),拉動(dòng)城區(qū)用地拓展和城市發(fā)展。 2)在黃石城市的形成期、成長(zhǎng)期、成熟期和轉(zhuǎn)型期的各階段,黃石的工業(yè)發(fā)展與城市發(fā)展的聯(lián)動(dòng)關(guān)系、工業(yè)用地拓展和城市空間形態(tài)拓展特征不盡相同,符合典型工礦城市發(fā)展特征。 3)廠城關(guān)互動(dòng)的空間關(guān)系,是伴隨黃石城市形態(tài)不斷發(fā)展和演變的重要要素。轉(zhuǎn)型之后的黃石發(fā)展,轉(zhuǎn)型產(chǎn)業(yè)和新型工業(yè)區(qū)建設(shè)將成為城市增長(zhǎng)極,拉動(dòng)新區(qū)擴(kuò)展和產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型,促進(jìn)黃石與大冶城區(qū)對(duì)接,使城市向“多中心”圈層集聚發(fā)展。 本文最后以“黃石工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)片區(qū)”的“申遺”工作為背景,分析了“黃石工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)片區(qū)”的保護(hù)現(xiàn)狀和空間特征,從工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)和礦冶文明影響下的黃石城市空間形態(tài)優(yōu)化的方向,分析黃石城市形態(tài)的未來(lái)發(fā)展趨勢(shì),提出了城市轉(zhuǎn)型之后黃石未來(lái)的空間發(fā)展關(guān)系和城市空間發(fā)展保障策略。
[Abstract]:Urban space is a kind of spatial language formed by many opposites, which reflect the system of a society. It reflects not only the projection of urban land in space, but also the elements of urban economy, society, culture and so on. With the change of urban development, various elements of urban form and their mutual relations have also undergone profound changes. As a typical industrial and mining city with three thousand years history of mining and metallurgical civilization, Huangshi's industrial development has an obvious linkage with urban form. Based on the development of Yellowstone industry, this paper combs the relationship between the development of Yellowstone industry and the development of city according to the sequence of time and events, summarizes the influence factors of the spatial form of Yellowstone, and through the expansion of industrial land and the increase of urbanization rate over the years, Based on the synergetic analysis of urban land use growth and other related indexes, the positive correlation between the development of Huangshi industrial land and the shape of Huangshi city was summarized by stages according to the exploitation degree of resources. Finally, the development characteristics and evolution mechanism of Huangshi urban spatial form are analyzed based on the temporal and spatial characteristics. The following conclusions were drawn: 1) the industrial development of Huangshi is closely related to the development of the city. The expansion of industrial land affects the evolution of the urban form. Industrial land is distributed in several urban areas of the city, which leads to the expansion of urban land and the development of the city. 2) in the forming period, the growing period, the mature stage and the transition period of Huangshi City, the relationship between the industrial development and the urban development, the characteristics of the industrial land development and the urban spatial form expansion are different. In line with typical industrial and mining city development characteristics. 3) the interactive spatial relationship between the city and the gate is an important factor in the continuous development and evolution of Huangshi city shape. With the development of Yellowstone after transformation, the construction of transforming industry and new industrial zone will become the pole of urban growth, promote the expansion of new area and industrial transformation, promote the docking between Huangshi and Daye urban area, and make the city gather and develop towards "multi-center" circle. Finally, based on the work of "applying for the legacy" of "Huangshi Industrial Heritage area", this paper analyzes the status quo and spatial characteristics of the protection of "Huangshi Industrial Heritage area". This paper analyzes the future development trend of Yellowstone city form from the perspective of industrial heritage protection and mining and metallurgical civilization. This paper puts forward the future spatial development relationship of Yellowstone after urban transformation and the urban spatial development guarantee strategy.
