【摘要】：城市可持續(xù)發(fā)展,已經(jīng)成為全球共同關(guān)注的話題。隨著我國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的加快,城市氣候問(wèn)題日益突出。在全球氣候變暖背景下,城市規(guī)劃者及決策者需要從整體的戰(zhàn)略角度考慮不斷變化的氣候因素給城市可持續(xù)發(fā)展帶來(lái)的影響。國(guó)際上越來(lái)越多的城市正在創(chuàng)建屬于自己的城市氣候圖集,這些圖集也逐漸成為指導(dǎo)城市規(guī)劃實(shí)踐的工具。本研究中首先對(duì)城市氣候圖集的發(fā)展及有關(guān)概念加以解釋說(shuō)明,然后對(duì)德國(guó)斯圖加特、日本東京和中國(guó)香港這三個(gè)城市氣候圖集的具體內(nèi)容及繪制方法進(jìn)行分析,并總結(jié)了繪制城市氣候圖集的一般方法,最后以上海城市總體規(guī)劃編制工作為背景,提出了繪制城市氣候圖集的工作框架。
[Abstract]:The sustainable development of cities has become a common topic of global concern. With the acceleration of urbanization in China, urban climate problems are becoming increasingly prominent. In the context of global warming, urban planners and decision makers need to consider the impact of changing climate factors on urban sustainable development from the overall strategic point of view. More and more cities in the world are creating their own urban climate atlas, and these atlases are becoming the tools to guide the practice of urban planning. In this study, the development and related concepts of urban climate atlas are explained, and then the detailed contents and drawing methods of the three urban climate atlases, namely Stuttgart, Germany, Tokyo, Japan and Hong Kong, China, are analyzed. The general method of drawing urban climate atlas is summarized. Finally, the working frame of urban climate atlas is put forward based on the general urban planning of Shanghai.
