【摘要】:城市住宅節(jié)能是建筑節(jié)能領(lǐng)域的核心環(huán)節(jié),由于我國(guó)地域遼闊,各地區(qū)氣候條件和經(jīng)濟(jì)水平差異很大,因此節(jié)能策略和技術(shù)水平也各不相同,其中北方地區(qū)的節(jié)能手段已十分成熟,而筆者所要研究的夏熱冬冷地區(qū)尚未建立完善的技術(shù)體系。本文從當(dāng)前城市住宅節(jié)能效果不明顯、室內(nèi)熱環(huán)境改善不佳的實(shí)際狀況出發(fā),提出以室內(nèi)熱舒適度作為節(jié)能設(shè)計(jì)的基本目標(biāo),并力圖建立一套完整的城市住宅節(jié)能設(shè)計(jì)模式。 以熱舒適作為節(jié)能設(shè)計(jì)模式的基本目標(biāo),是本文開展住宅節(jié)能研究的重要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新點(diǎn),本文第一章系統(tǒng)論述了開展此項(xiàng)研究的必要性和重要意義,并對(duì)目前國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀作了一定闡述,隨后介紹了開展研究工作的具體環(huán)節(jié)。 第二章對(duì)目前國(guó)內(nèi)外常用的熱舒適標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)劣評(píng)價(jià)并確定了適用于夏熱冬冷地區(qū)的熱舒適指標(biāo)及溫度范圍。 第三章是住宅的實(shí)際測(cè)試環(huán)節(jié),從室內(nèi)熱環(huán)境、外墻和屋面三個(gè)方面,筆者對(duì)傳統(tǒng)和節(jié)能住宅進(jìn)行了全面對(duì)比測(cè)試和優(yōu)劣比較,并針對(duì)節(jié)能住宅的實(shí)際熱環(huán)境和構(gòu)造狀況進(jìn)行了初步的節(jié)能潛力分析。 第四章是軟件的模擬測(cè)試環(huán)節(jié),筆者首先提出了節(jié)能模式的分項(xiàng)設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn),然后根據(jù)由簡(jiǎn)入繁、先易后難的原則,逐步對(duì)單房間、九宮格以及典型住宅模型展開模擬,確定了典型模型的分項(xiàng)設(shè)計(jì)策略。 第五章從前一章的分析結(jié)論出發(fā),提出了適用于不同樓層和朝向的最佳和經(jīng)濟(jì)兩項(xiàng)節(jié)能設(shè)計(jì)策略,同時(shí)進(jìn)行了熱舒適評(píng)價(jià),最后根據(jù)研究結(jié)論對(duì)未來的節(jié)能設(shè)計(jì)作出新的規(guī)劃和要求。
[Abstract]:Energy saving in urban residential buildings is the core link in the field of building energy conservation. Because of the vast territory, climate conditions and economic level of different regions, energy saving strategies and technology levels are different.The energy saving means in the northern region have been very mature, but the technical system has not been established in the hot summer and cold winter area which the author wants to study.Based on the fact that the energy saving effect of urban residence is not obvious and the indoor thermal environment is not improving well, this paper puts forward that indoor thermal comfort is the basic goal of energy saving design, and tries hard to establish a set of complete urban residential energy saving design mode.Taking thermal comfort as the basic goal of energy-saving design mode is an important innovation point in this paper. The first chapter of this paper systematically discusses the necessity and significance of this research.The present research situation at home and abroad is expounded, and then the specific links of the research work are introduced.In the second chapter, the thermal comfort standards used at home and abroad are evaluated and the thermal comfort index and temperature range suitable for hot summer and cold winter area are determined.The third chapter is the actual test link of the house. From three aspects of indoor thermal environment, external wall and roof, the author makes a comprehensive comparative test and comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional and energy-saving housing.According to the actual thermal environment and structure of energy-saving housing, the potential of energy-saving is analyzed.The fourth chapter is the software simulation test link. The author first puts forward the key points of the sub-design of energy-saving mode, and then, according to the principle of simplicity into complexity, first easy and then difficult, the simulation is carried out step by step to single room, nine palace grid and typical housing model.The sub-design strategy of the typical model is determined.In the fifth chapter, based on the conclusion of the previous chapter, the optimal and economical design strategies for different floors and orientations are put forward, and the thermal comfort evaluation is carried out.Finally, according to the conclusion of the study, the future energy-saving design to make a new plan and requirements.
