景區(qū)生態(tài)立體停車場建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:隨著城市現(xiàn)代化的不斷發(fā)展,人們生活水平的提高使得對(duì)交通運(yùn)輸工具——汽車的依賴程度空前提高,自駕旅游的人越來越多,不僅給城市空間特別是城市景區(qū)帶來了巨大的交通運(yùn)輸壓力,在自然風(fēng)景區(qū)停車難也已經(jīng)成為普遍現(xiàn)象,停車場的設(shè)置也顯得尤為必要,而停車場問題的解決也不單純是在規(guī)劃中列出若干塊空地,或設(shè)法增加車位的問題,需要借鑒發(fā)達(dá)國家現(xiàn)代化城市的經(jīng)驗(yàn),從中找出符合我國國情的正確途徑來。我國對(duì)立體停車場的運(yùn)用起于20世紀(jì)80年代初,隨著汽車工業(yè)和建筑業(yè)的發(fā)展,特別是家用轎車不斷增加,立體停車場的應(yīng)用更加廣泛。 論文針對(duì)城市風(fēng)景區(qū)和自然風(fēng)景區(qū)展開對(duì)立體停車場建筑的研究和探討,通過對(duì)景區(qū)建設(shè)的利弊條件對(duì)立體停車場建筑設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行分析研究,對(duì)景區(qū)生態(tài)立體停車場建筑設(shè)計(jì)有新的整體認(rèn)知和把握。 全文共分為六章,第一章簡述本文課題的來源,研究的主要內(nèi)容,通過了解國外停車場建筑的發(fā)展歷程以及優(yōu)秀停車場建筑的案例,對(duì)國內(nèi)立體停車場建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。相關(guān)概念的定義,研究的目的、意義及研究方法。第二章通過分析停車場的類型與特點(diǎn),探討不同停車方式對(duì)景區(qū)的影響。第三章敘述景區(qū)的生態(tài)立體停車場建筑設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)建筑平面規(guī)劃,垂直交通的方式,內(nèi)部設(shè)計(jì),停車場建筑立面設(shè)計(jì)等方面進(jìn)行相關(guān)闡述。第四章敘述立體停車場建筑生態(tài)化設(shè)計(jì)的原則以及設(shè)計(jì)策略。第五章主要敘述生態(tài)立體停車場建筑與景區(qū)環(huán)境的關(guān)系,,及建筑適應(yīng)性設(shè)計(jì)策略等。第六章主要介紹景區(qū)停車場設(shè)施的建設(shè)管理及停車場設(shè)施后期的保養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of urban modernization and the improvement of people's living standards, the dependence on transportation vehicles has never been higher than ever, and more and more people drive themselves to travel.Not only has it brought great traffic and transportation pressure to the urban space, especially the urban scenic spots, but also the difficulty of parking in natural scenic spots has become a common phenomenon, and the establishment of parking lots is particularly necessary.The solution to the parking lot problem is not simply to list a number of open spaces in the planning, or to try to increase the parking space. It is necessary to draw lessons from the experience of modern cities in developed countries and find out the correct way to meet the national conditions of our country.The application of stereoscopic car park in our country began in the early 1980s. With the development of automobile industry and construction industry, especially the increasing of domestic cars, the application of stereoscopic parking lot is more extensive.This paper focuses on the study and discussion of the three-dimensional parking building in the city scenic area and the natural scenic spot, and analyzes the design of the three-dimensional parking lot building through the advantages and disadvantages of the scenic spot construction.There is a new overall cognition and grasp on the design of ecological three-dimensional parking lot in scenic spot.This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter briefly describes the source of this paper, the main content of the study, through understanding the development of foreign parking buildings and excellent car park building cases,This paper makes a comparative analysis on the architectural design of three-dimensional parking lot in China.The definition, purpose, significance and research methods of related concepts.The second chapter analyzes the types and characteristics of parking lots and discusses the influence of different parking modes on scenic spots.The third chapter describes the ecological three-dimensional parking area architectural design, building plane planning, vertical traffic mode, internal design, car park facade design and other aspects of the relevant elaboration.The fourth chapter describes the ecological design principles and design strategies of three-dimensional parking buildings.The fifth chapter mainly narrates the relationship between the ecological parking building and the scenic area environment, and the adaptive design strategy of the building.The sixth chapter mainly introduces the construction and management of parking facilities and the later maintenance of parking facilities.
