【摘要】：采用自動(dòng)頂空固相微萃取-氣相色譜/質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用技術(shù),建立了一種快速測(cè)定水中7種腥味醛類物質(zhì)的方法,重點(diǎn)針對(duì)纖維萃取頭類型、萃取方式、萃取溫度、萃取時(shí)間以及離子強(qiáng)度等影響因素進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化。自動(dòng)固相微萃取優(yōu)化后條件為:CAR/PDMS(85μm)纖維頭,Na Cl含量25%(W/V),65℃恒溫振蕩10 min,頂空萃取20 min,250℃下解吸3 min進(jìn)入氣相色譜/質(zhì)譜進(jìn)行分析。在優(yōu)化的前處理和分析條件下,7種物質(zhì)的回收率為86.30%~113.61%,方法檢出限為1.61~17.53 ng/L,遠(yuǎn)低于各種物質(zhì)的嗅閾值。
