【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)城市文化水平的日益提高，社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展,城市的面貌日新月異。公共設(shè)施作為城市重要的構(gòu)成元素之一，它的宜人化程度直接影響了城市使用者的生活幸福指數(shù)。近年來(lái)，公共設(shè)施與社會(huì)城市的發(fā)展同步伐，齊完善,逐漸體現(xiàn)出了其作為城市家具的重要性并且逐漸形成了一套擁有獨(dú)特技術(shù)品質(zhì)和藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)相結(jié)合的綜合體系。作為城市創(chuàng)新的衍生物和城市環(huán)境一體化的標(biāo)志，公共設(shè)施的未來(lái)發(fā)展勢(shì)必帶動(dòng)起整個(gè)城市風(fēng)貌的變更和生活品質(zhì)的提升。 城市風(fēng)貌變更和生活品質(zhì)提升的同時(shí)，中國(guó)城市公共設(shè)施建設(shè)的發(fā)展步伐也越來(lái)越快，但遍觀我國(guó)的城市公共設(shè)施，無(wú)論是在設(shè)計(jì)思路上，還是在整體方法上，都大大遜色于西方發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的水平，尤其是缺乏具有宜人化理念的公共設(shè)施，沒(méi)有一個(gè)系統(tǒng)的公共設(shè)施宜人化的設(shè)計(jì)理論來(lái)作指導(dǎo)，，導(dǎo)致了目前城市公共設(shè)施設(shè)計(jì)有很大盲目性的弊端，對(duì)于怎樣能夠擺脫隨意性、盲目性、摹仿性以及厚此薄彼的結(jié)構(gòu)失衡設(shè)計(jì)，做出能夠滿(mǎn)足城市居民的最大需求,做到人與設(shè)施、自然環(huán)境完美共存的公共設(shè)施，是現(xiàn)在亟需解決的問(wèn)題。 本文將城市公共設(shè)施定為研究對(duì)象，采用查閱文獻(xiàn)資料、網(wǎng)上調(diào)查、實(shí)地調(diào)研和綜合分析等途徑進(jìn)行研究，目的是探究全面的、系統(tǒng)的城市公共設(shè)施宜人化設(shè)計(jì)理論和方法，并且用其指導(dǎo)實(shí)踐，以轉(zhuǎn)變當(dāng)前我國(guó)城市公共設(shè)施宜人化設(shè)計(jì)思想缺失，人性化設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)素較低的局面。 本文首先對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外城市公共設(shè)施宜人化設(shè)計(jì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀做出總結(jié)，其次論述城市公共設(shè)施宜人化設(shè)計(jì)的基本理論，通過(guò)概述，羅列出城市公共設(shè)施宜人化設(shè)計(jì)的影響因素，然后以青島當(dāng)前配備的公共設(shè)施狀況為例，總結(jié)提煉出當(dāng)前公共設(shè)施出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題以及造成的影響，并且針對(duì)弊端做出具體的改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)方法，最后說(shuō)明公共設(shè)施宜人化設(shè)計(jì)的實(shí)際體現(xiàn)，證明公共設(shè)施宜人化設(shè)計(jì)研究的應(yīng)用可行性以及發(fā)展前景。 總而言之，希望能夠通過(guò)本論文的撰寫(xiě)，為城市的公共設(shè)施發(fā)展提供有價(jià)值、有益的參考。
[Abstract]:With the development of urban culture, the rapid development of society and economy, the appearance of the city changes with each passing day. Public facilities as one of the important components of the city, In recent years, public facilities and social cities have developed at the same pace. Gradually embodied its importance as urban furniture and gradually formed a set of unique technical quality and art design combined with a comprehensive system, as a derivative of urban innovation and the symbol of urban environmental integration, The future development of public facilities will inevitably lead to the change of the whole city and the improvement of the quality of life. With the change of urban features and the improvement of quality of life, the development of urban public facilities in China is also getting faster and faster. However, if we look at the urban public facilities in China, whether in terms of design ideas or overall methods, Are inferior to the level of the western developed countries, especially the lack of a pleasant concept of public facilities, there is no systematic design theory of amenity to guide the public facilities, As a result of the current urban public facilities design has a lot of blind drawbacks, how to get rid of random, blindness, imitation and favoritism of the structure of imbalance design, to make can meet the maximum needs of urban residents, People and facilities, the perfect coexistence of the natural environment of public facilities, is now urgent to solve the problem. In this paper, the urban public facilities are chosen as the research object. The purpose of this study is to explore the comprehensive and systematic theory and method of urban public facilities pleasant design by consulting literature, online investigation, field investigation and comprehensive analysis. In order to change the situation of lacking of pleasant design thought and low quality of humanized design of urban public facilities in our country, the author uses it to guide the practice. This paper first summarizes the current situation of the domestic and foreign urban amenity design, and then discusses the basic theory of the urban public facilities pleasant design, through the summary, lists the influencing factors of the urban public facilities pleasant design. Then take Qingdao's current public facilities as an example, summarize and refine the problems and the impact caused by the current public facilities, and make specific improvement design methods in view of the drawbacks. Finally, the practical embodiment of the amenity design of public facilities is explained, and the feasibility and development prospect of the research on the amenity design of public facilities are proved. In a word, we hope to provide valuable and useful reference for the development of urban public facilities through the writing of this paper.
