【摘要】：控制保護(hù)建筑是蘇州建筑遺產(chǎn)中的特有概念,是指蘇州市政府經(jīng)過(guò)核定的尚未公布為文物保護(hù)單位的具有歷史、藝術(shù)、科學(xué)等價(jià)值的建筑。本研究通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)綜述梳理了原真性、控制保護(hù)建筑以及與之相關(guān)的歷史建筑、文物建筑等概念和理論；從整體生態(tài)觀(guān)的視角分析了控制保護(hù)建筑維修中空間與功能轉(zhuǎn)換、材料與工藝變化的原真性；通過(guò)典型案例評(píng)價(jià)了控制保護(hù)建筑維修中的原真性貫徹狀況,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出維護(hù)控制保護(hù)建筑原真性的策略。研究得到如下結(jié)論： (1)控制保護(hù)建筑屬于建筑遺產(chǎn),應(yīng)遵循建筑遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)的原真性原則； (2)控制保護(hù)建筑維修中應(yīng)從歷史與現(xiàn)實(shí)、有形與無(wú)形、建筑本體與外部環(huán)境等維度把握好原真性的度； (3)控制保護(hù)建筑維修在空間與功能的轉(zhuǎn)換、材料與施工工藝的變化中原真性受到不同程度的影響。 (4)從原真性維護(hù)的視角審視,當(dāng)前蘇州控制保護(hù)建筑維修實(shí)踐在管理和施工工藝上還存在一些問(wèn)題。未來(lái)的工作中應(yīng)該建立社會(huì)化的保護(hù)體系；明確保護(hù)管理責(zé)任人制度；加強(qiáng)維修工程質(zhì)量的監(jiān)督；提高古建筑的教育與科研水平；提高控制保護(hù)建筑的生命活力。
[Abstract]:Control and protection of buildings is a unique concept of architectural heritage in Suzhou, is that the Suzhou municipal government approved the not yet announced for the protection unit of history, art, science and value of the building. This study through the literature review the authenticity, control and protection of historic buildings and building related concepts, cultural relics and etc. theory; from the perspective of the whole ecological view transformation space and function of control and protection in building maintenance, the authenticity of materials and technology change; penetration status authenticity through control and protection in building maintenance was evaluated through the typical case, on the basis of maintaining the authenticity of the construction control and protection strategies. The research conclusions are obtained as follows:
(1) the control and Protection Buildings belong to the architectural heritage, and the principle of the original authenticity of the protection of the architectural heritage should be followed.
(2) in the maintenance of control and protection, the degree of original authenticity should be grasped from the aspects of history and reality, tangible and intangible, building ontology and external environment.
(3) the change of control and protection building maintenance in space and function, material and construction technology change the true nature of the central plains under different degrees of influence.
(4) from the perspective of authenticity maintenance perspective, the current Suzhou control and protection building maintenance practice there are still some problems in the management and construction process. The protection of social system should be established in the future work; clear protection management responsibility system; strengthen the supervision of maintenance engineering quality; improve the level of Education and scientific research of ancient architecture; to improve the control and protection construction vitality.
