巖石凍融循環(huán)特性試驗(yàn)與低溫響應(yīng)數(shù)值模擬研究

【摘要】:我國是世界上多年凍土分布面積最多的國家之一。隨著西部大開發(fā)和振興東北戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施,對凍土的研究逐步深入,采用一般凍土力學(xué)方法去研究凍巖問題,已難滿足日益增長的工程需要。因此,將凍巖問題作為一門新的研究方向提出來是必要的。 凍巖的主要工程危害有巖質(zhì)邊坡的凍融剝蝕、滑塌以至滑坡,隧道巖體的凍脹開裂、失穩(wěn),路基及建筑地基由于凍融產(chǎn)生的巖石底板凍脹抬升和融化下沉,輸油氣管線圍巖的凍脹使得管道擠壓開裂,,液化天然氣儲存庫巖腔凍脹影響儲存罐的安全等。目前,研究者研究了凍結(jié)對寒區(qū)隧道的影響,也對凍脹力對渠道的破壞進(jìn)行了研究,但對凍結(jié)對寒區(qū)巖質(zhì)邊坡的影響的研究尚不多見。論文以“青藏鐵路沿線地質(zhì)災(zāi)害發(fā)育規(guī)律及致災(zāi)機(jī)理研究”為背景,開展如下研究工作: (1)選取工程常見巖性巖石(砂巖、灰?guī)r、花崗巖),加工成標(biāo)準(zhǔn)試件,進(jìn)行飽和狀態(tài)下凍融循環(huán)試驗(yàn),凍融溫度區(qū)間為-20℃~+20℃。觀察巖石破壞物理過程,測定試樣凍融循環(huán)下的尺寸、質(zhì)量、超聲波波速;對不同循環(huán)次數(shù)下的花崗巖進(jìn)行單軸抗壓試驗(yàn)。同時,取標(biāo)準(zhǔn)試件制作時保留的砂巖和灰?guī)r的巖屑,同步進(jìn)行凍融試驗(yàn),每隔5次循環(huán)取出部分碎屑進(jìn)行電鏡掃描試驗(yàn),研究凍融循環(huán)下巖石微觀結(jié)構(gòu)變化特性。 (2)通過分析凍融循環(huán)試驗(yàn)測定物理力學(xué)參數(shù),分析凍融破壞形式、試件變形、波速變化規(guī)律;巖石不同凍融次數(shù)后的抗壓強(qiáng)度變化,分析巖石經(jīng)過凍融后物理力學(xué)特性變化;分析0、5、10、15次凍融循環(huán)巖石碎屑電鏡掃描照片,分析巖石微觀損傷規(guī)律;總結(jié)巖石凍融損傷影響因素。 (3)以凍土理論為基礎(chǔ),研究低溫巖體多場耦合等效分析方法。在研究的基礎(chǔ)上,建立邊坡等效模型,分析不同溫度邊界對邊坡的溫度場、位移、應(yīng)力場的影響。
[Abstract]:China is one of the world's most populous country in Permafrost Distribution area. With the implementation of the western development and the revitalization of Northeast China strategy, the research on frozen soil is gradually thorough, the frozen soil mechanics method to study the problem of frozen rock, has been difficult to meet the growing needs of the project. Therefore, the problem of frozen rock as a new study the direction proposed is necessary.
The main works of frozen rock damage freeze-thaw erosion with rock slope, collapse and landslide, frost cracking, tunnel rock instability, roadbed and construction of foundation due to freeze-thaw of rock bottom frost uplift and thaw settlement, frost heave of oil and gas pipeline rock make the extrusion cracking of pipelines, liquefied natural gas storage in rock cavity heaving influence storage tank safety. At present, the researchers studied the effect of freezing on the tunnel in cold region, also made a study of frost heave force on the channel, but the effect of cold and freezing rock slope is still rare. Under the background of "the laws of development and disaster mechanism research" the geological disasters along the Qinghai Tibet railway, to carry out research work as follows:
(1) selection of engineering rocks (sandstone, limestone, granite), processed into standard test pieces of saturated freeze-thaw cycle test, freeze-thaw temperature range of -20 to +20 DEG C. To observe the damage of rock physical process, determination of freeze-thaw cycle size, quality of ultrasonic wave; uniaxial compressive tests of different cycles under granite. At the same time, the standard test pieces retained when making sandstone and limestone debris, synchronous freeze-thaw test every 5 cycles to remove part of debris SEM experiment research on freeze-thaw cycle of rock microstructure change characteristics.
(2) through the analysis of physical and mechanical parameters determination of freezing and thawing test, failure mode analysis of freezing and thawing, specimen deformation, velocity changes; compressive strength of rock after different freeze-thaw times, analysis of rock physical and mechanical properties change after freezing thawing; 0,5,10,15 analysis of freeze-thaw cycles of rock debris SEM photograph, analysis of rock the micro damage law; summarize rock freeze-thaw damage factors.
(3) based on frozen soil theory, the equivalent analysis method of multi field coupling for cryogenic rock mass is studied. Based on the research, an equivalent model of slope is established, and the influence of different temperature boundary on temperature field, displacement and stress field of slope is analyzed.
