地鐵上蓋的建筑規(guī)劃與建設(shè)管理研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)城市化進(jìn)程的加快,大量人口涌入城市,引發(fā)了城市用地緊張與交通擁堵的嚴(yán)重城市病。為了解決交通問(wèn)題,我國(guó)各大城市都在大力發(fā)展以城市地鐵為主導(dǎo)的公共交通體系;同時(shí)針對(duì)城市用地緊張的現(xiàn)狀,則考慮依托高運(yùn)量的城市地鐵,建設(shè)高密度集約化的地鐵上蓋建筑。本文的研究,主要總結(jié)了作者參與的“天津地鐵5、6號(hào)線(xiàn)地鐵上蓋建筑設(shè)計(jì)”的會(huì)議和方案修改經(jīng)驗(yàn),并參考了相關(guān)城市地鐵上蓋建筑的設(shè)計(jì)和發(fā)展實(shí)例,提出一些對(duì)地鐵上蓋建筑具有針對(duì)性和特色化的發(fā)展建議。 文章首先對(duì)地鐵上蓋建筑出現(xiàn)的社會(huì)和理論背景做出分析,找出地鐵上蓋建筑出現(xiàn)的客觀(guān)必然性;其次從宏觀(guān)角度分析地鐵上蓋建筑在城市中的形態(tài)和功能地位,找出上蓋建筑的功能形態(tài)布局整體原則;然后著眼于具體的方案設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)地鐵上蓋建筑的空間形態(tài)、功能布局、建筑銜接、特色要素等方面進(jìn)行分析和說(shuō)明;最后結(jié)合香港地鐵上蓋物業(yè)的經(jīng)驗(yàn),,針對(duì)項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)和開(kāi)發(fā)管理,提出具有針對(duì)性的建議。 由于其在我國(guó)的發(fā)展尚處于起步階段,相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)與發(fā)展的具體理論相對(duì)較少,同時(shí)每個(gè)城市地鐵上蓋建筑的發(fā)展都有其自身獨(dú)特的特點(diǎn),難以復(fù)制,本文拋磚引玉的提出一些在天津地鐵5、6號(hào)線(xiàn)重點(diǎn)工程會(huì)議中提到的重點(diǎn)問(wèn)題,希望由此能夠逐步完善地鐵上蓋建筑的開(kāi)發(fā)與設(shè)計(jì)理論,并將這種研究繼續(xù)深化下去。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization in China, a large number of people pour into cities, causing serious urban diseases of urban land shortage and traffic jams. In order to solve the traffic problems, All major cities in China are vigorously developing public transport systems dominated by urban subways. At the same time, in view of the current situation of urban land shortage, we are considering relying on high-volume urban subways. In this paper, the author summarizes the experience of the conference and scheme modification of Tianjin Metro Line 5, 6, in which the author participated in the design of the superstructure of the subway superstructure of Tianjin Metro Line 5 and 6. With reference to the design and development examples of the urban subway superstructure, this paper puts forward some specific and characteristic suggestions for the development of the metro superstructure. This paper first analyzes the social and theoretical background of the emergence of the superstructure of the subway, and finds out the objective inevitability of the emergence of the superstructure of the subway, and then from a macro perspective analyzes the shape and function of the superstructure of the subway in the city. Find out the overall principle of the functional form layout of the upper cover building, and then focus on the concrete scheme design, analyze and explain the space form, the function layout, the building connection, the characteristic element and so on of the subway upper cover building; Finally, based on the experience of building property in Hong Kong Metro, some suggestions are put forward for the construction and development management of the project. Because its development in our country is still in its infancy, the concrete theory of related design and development is relatively few, at the same time, each city subway superstructure has its own unique characteristics, which is difficult to copy. This paper puts forward some key problems mentioned in the conference of Tianjin Metro Line 5, 6, hoping to improve the theory of development and design of subway superstructure and deepen the research.
