【摘要】：建筑施工企業(yè)已經(jīng)成為安全事故發(fā)生的主要行業(yè)之一。所以,建筑企業(yè)管理人員一般都高度重視施工工人的生命財產(chǎn)安全,并且想通過安全教育培訓、周密的規(guī)章制度、懲罰機制等一系列規(guī)章制度來完善安全管理。施工管理人員一般只重視對建筑工人的安全遵守的嚴加管理,來提高安全管理水平,從而防范安全施工事故的發(fā)生。但是這些舉措效果不是很理想。安全事故的發(fā)生更多受到團隊的安全氛圍和員工的安全意識影響。然而,目前學者開始重視建筑施工團隊的安全氛圍對安全行為的影響研究,但是他們考慮都是簡單論證團隊安全氛圍和安全行的因果關(guān)系,實證研究很少。學者對于建筑施工員工安全行為的研究也很少考慮到員工的安全意識的作用,這方面定量研究更是少見。我國施工企業(yè)安全管理也就缺乏很好的理論支撐,安全管理水平仍然比較低。 本文探討了建筑企業(yè)團隊安全氛圍、員工安全意識、員工安全參與和安全遵守的具體內(nèi)容及其四者的作用機理研究。在大量回顧相關(guān)文獻后,本文構(gòu)造了理論假設和理論結(jié)構(gòu)模型。開發(fā)所有潛在變量的調(diào)查問卷,并對我國四川、云南和深圳的多家建筑企業(yè)進行問卷發(fā)放和收集。利用AMOS7.0驗證性因子分析論證了問卷結(jié)構(gòu)的信度和效度。然后利用SPSS19和AMOS7.0對結(jié)構(gòu)模型驗證。本文的所有理論假設均得到統(tǒng)計學方面的有效支持。 本文通過實證分析得出了以下結(jié)論： 第一,對我國本土環(huán)境下建筑施工企業(yè)團隊安全氛圍、員工安全意識和安全行為潛在變量的重新界定,并開發(fā)出了相應問卷量表。 第二,提出了將建筑施工企業(yè)安全氛圍、安全意識、安全參與和安全遵守四個變量進行整體考慮的模型,研究了建筑施工企業(yè)安全氛圍和員工安全意識對安全行為作用機理。 第三,實證了建筑施工企業(yè)團隊安全氛圍與員工的安全意識正相關(guān)；建筑企業(yè)團隊安全氛圍與員工安全遵守正相關(guān)；建筑企業(yè)員工安全意識與員工安全遵守正相關(guān)；建筑企業(yè)團隊安全氛國與員工安全參與正相關(guān)；建筑企業(yè)員工安全意識與員工安全參與正相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Construction enterprises have become one of the major industries where safety accidents occur. Therefore, construction enterprise managers generally attach great importance to the safety of construction workers' lives and property, and want to pass safety education, training, and thorough rules and regulations. Punishment mechanism and a series of rules and regulations to improve safety management. Construction management personnel generally only pay attention to strict management of construction workers' safety compliance, to improve safety management level. So as to prevent the occurrence of safety construction accidents. But these measures are not very ideal. The occurrence of safety accidents is more affected by the safety atmosphere of the team and the safety consciousness of the staff. However, At present, scholars begin to pay attention to the influence of the safety atmosphere of the construction team on the safety behavior, but their consideration is to demonstrate simply the causality between the safety atmosphere of the team and the safety behavior. The research on safety behavior of construction workers is seldom considered by scholars, and the quantitative research is even rarer. The safety management of construction enterprises in our country is lack of good theoretical support. The level of safety management is still relatively low. This paper discusses the concrete contents of safety atmosphere, staff safety consciousness, employee safety participation and safety compliance of construction enterprises and their mechanism of action. After reviewing a large number of relevant literature, This paper constructs theoretical hypotheses and theoretical structural models, develops a questionnaire for all potential variables, and gives a survey of the potential variables in Sichuan, China. A number of construction enterprises in Yunnan and Shenzhen issued and collected questionnaires. The reliability and validity of the questionnaire structure were demonstrated by AMOS7.0 confirmatory factor analysis. Then, the structural model was verified by SPSS19 and AMOS7.0. All the theoretical assumptions of this paper were analyzed. All of them were effectively supported by statistics. Through empirical analysis, this paper draws the following conclusions:. Firstly, the paper redefines the safety atmosphere, staff safety consciousness and the potential variables of safety behavior of the construction enterprise team under the local environment, and develops the corresponding questionnaire. Secondly, the paper puts forward a model which considers four variables: safety atmosphere, safety consciousness, safety participation and safety compliance, and studies the mechanism of safety atmosphere and employee safety consciousness on safety behavior. Thirdly, the positive correlation between the safety atmosphere of the construction enterprise team and the safety consciousness of the staff, the positive correlation between the safety atmosphere of the construction enterprise team and the safety compliance of the staff, the positive correlation between the safety awareness of the staff and the safety compliance of the staff in the construction enterprise; The safety of construction enterprise team is positively related to employee safety participation, and employee safety consciousness is positively related to employee safety participation.
