【摘要】：磚是世界上最古老的建筑材料之一，也是一種極富表現(xiàn)力的建筑材料，至今，，仍是人們常用的建筑墻體材料。近代工業(yè)革命使世界步入了機(jī)械化工業(yè)化時(shí)代，磚的制造生產(chǎn)也發(fā)生了變化。隨著漢口開埠，這些材料、技術(shù)相關(guān)成果也被輸入到武漢，直接影響了武漢的近代建筑形式與城市風(fēng)貌。 近代武漢地區(qū)，磚自身材料技術(shù)的發(fā)展，使得建筑營建方式從傳統(tǒng)水木作坊向近代營造廠轉(zhuǎn)變，而新興的近代磚瓦廠又給近代建筑的產(chǎn)生奠定了物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)。在這樣的社會(huì)背景下，武漢地區(qū)悄然地由傳統(tǒng)建筑向近代建筑的轉(zhuǎn)變。而磚的大規(guī)模生產(chǎn)，迅速確定了其在建筑材料中的主體角色，以及磚建筑在近代建筑中的地位。但隨著混凝土與鋼材等新的建筑材料在建筑中投入使用并逐漸成熟，磚與磚建筑在經(jīng)歷了一輪興盛后逐漸式微。 本文從建筑材料技術(shù)發(fā)展的視角去解讀建筑的發(fā)展，尤其著眼于武漢地區(qū)近代磚建筑的演進(jìn)，并將其置于中國從古代到近代制磚技術(shù)的發(fā)展對(duì)建筑形式轉(zhuǎn)變的影響的時(shí)間維度，以及全球化背景下的建筑材料技術(shù)的轉(zhuǎn)變對(duì)建筑形式乃至城市風(fēng)貌的影響的空間維度中進(jìn)行分析研究。 最后從理論層面闡述了影響磚的材料表現(xiàn)的物質(zhì)性，即對(duì)磚的屬性的認(rèn)知。磚的屬性與磚的材料表現(xiàn)之間的關(guān)聯(lián)，不僅限于磚的材料制作，更大程度上受制于其他建筑材料和相關(guān)技術(shù)的發(fā)展。而這些都決定了在近代武漢磚在材料表現(xiàn)方面必然遇到的變革與困境：其結(jié)構(gòu)真實(shí)性的離席、材料表現(xiàn)力的失位以及磚與磚建筑的式微。 論文在理論上揭示磚的生產(chǎn)技術(shù)的發(fā)展與磚的材料表現(xiàn)之間的隱性邏輯，以及全球化背景下建筑材料技術(shù)的發(fā)展與建筑的材料表現(xiàn)之間的隱性邏輯。
[Abstract]:Brick is one of the oldest building materials in the world, and it is also a very expressive building material. With the opening of the port in Hankou, these materials and technological achievements were imported to Wuhan, which directly affected the modern architectural forms and urban features of Wuhan. In modern Wuhan area, with the development of brick material technology, the way of building and construction changed from the traditional waterwood workshop to the modern construction factory. And the new modern brick and tile factories laid a material foundation for the emergence of modern buildings. In such a social background, Wuhan quietly changed from traditional buildings to modern buildings. It quickly determined its main role in building materials and the status of brick architecture in modern architecture. But as new building materials such as concrete and steel were put into use and gradually matured, Brick and brick buildings gradually declined after experiencing a round of prosperity. This paper interprets the development of architecture from the perspective of the development of building materials and technology, especially focusing on the evolution of modern brick buildings in Wuhan. And put it in the time dimension of the influence of the development of brick making technology from ancient to modern China on the change of architectural form. Under the background of globalization, the influence of the change of building material technology on the architectural form and even the urban style is analyzed and studied in the spatial dimension. Finally, from the theoretical level, this paper expounds the materiality that affects the performance of the brick material, that is, the cognition of the properties of the brick, the relationship between the properties of the brick and the material performance of the brick, which is not limited to the making of the brick material. The development of other building materials and related technologies determines the inevitable changes and dilemmas in the material performance of modern Wuhan brick: the absence of its structural authenticity. The loss of material expressiveness and the decline of brick and brick buildings. The paper theoretically reveals the hidden logic between the development of brick production technology and the performance of brick material, and the hidden logic between the development of building material technology and the performance of building material under the background of globalization.
