夏熱冬冷地區(qū)住區(qū)外部空間環(huán)境日照優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:近年來,我國(guó)在政府集約用地的政策導(dǎo)向下,高層住宅發(fā)展非常迅猛,同時(shí)隨著人們生活水平的提高,人們對(duì)住區(qū)外部空間環(huán)境的要求也相應(yīng)提高。而高層住宅之間由于日照需求、消防需求以及景觀構(gòu)圖需求等因素,其外部空間的尺寸也會(huì)隨之變大,就會(huì)有更多的空間提供給設(shè)計(jì)師進(jìn)行塑造。 日照作為居住區(qū)外環(huán)境氣候環(huán)境中的一個(gè)不可或缺的因素,影響到居住外環(huán)境營(yíng)建的方方面面,對(duì)居民身心健康發(fā)揮著重要的作用,必須加以重視。本文從以下幾個(gè)方面對(duì)夏熱冬冷地區(qū)住區(qū)外部空間環(huán)境進(jìn)行研究: 對(duì)日照、輻射和陰影相關(guān)的概念進(jìn)行了闡述,并且介紹了研究區(qū)域夏熱冬冷地區(qū)的日照環(huán)境以及現(xiàn)在國(guó)內(nèi)外在對(duì)外部空間環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)中所所使用到的分析軟件和相關(guān)分析方法。通過上述介紹,簡(jiǎn)要說明構(gòu)成外部空間環(huán)境的各個(gè)因素和日照之間的相互影響的關(guān)系,為下面的各節(jié)研究提供鋪墊作用。 把構(gòu)成住區(qū)外部空間環(huán)境因素中的建筑實(shí)體因素作為首要研究對(duì)象,建筑及其布局形式是影響外部空間日照環(huán)境的重要因素。研究日照和建筑形體、朝向的關(guān)系,并且提出了建筑單體的相關(guān)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)策略。并且借助日照分析平臺(tái),運(yùn)用陰影率這一指標(biāo)來衡量不同建筑群體組合組合形式下的外部空間環(huán)境的日照情況。通過對(duì)不同組合形式下冬至日和夏至日這兩天的外部日照環(huán)境陰影率的綜合對(duì)比,得出較為優(yōu)化的建筑組合方式。 對(duì)住區(qū)外部場(chǎng)地作為研究對(duì)象,主要對(duì)室外場(chǎng)地中的入口或中心休閑廣場(chǎng)、戶外活動(dòng)場(chǎng)地、小庭院、游園這幾項(xiàng)位置的選擇進(jìn)行研究。把住區(qū)戶外活動(dòng)的主要人群的活動(dòng)規(guī)律作為研究的基礎(chǔ),運(yùn)用陰影法平面等時(shí)線這一日照分析方法對(duì)已經(jīng)布置好的住區(qū)規(guī)劃方案進(jìn)行日照分析,通過研究分析不同層次場(chǎng)所設(shè)置的適宜位置,以達(dá)到優(yōu)化戶外活動(dòng)環(huán)境的目的。 對(duì)構(gòu)成住區(qū)外部空間環(huán)境的其他因素:道路、綠化、水體和小品作為研究對(duì)象,分別進(jìn)行日照影響下的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)研究。在國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)各因素進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)總結(jié)。 最后,總結(jié)在日照影響前提下外部空間環(huán)境中各個(gè)因素間的相互關(guān)系,綜合考慮問題,優(yōu)化各個(gè)資源配置。設(shè)計(jì)師有義務(wù)和責(zé)任統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃好各個(gè)因素之間的關(guān)系,以為人們創(chuàng)造一個(gè)良好的生活環(huán)境,同時(shí)希望通過本文的研究能對(duì)居住區(qū)的外部空間環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)起到一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, under the guidance of the government's policy of intensive land use, high-rise housing has developed very rapidly, and with the improvement of people's living standards, The demand for the outer space environment of the residential area is also raised accordingly. However, due to the demand for sunshine, fire protection and landscape composition between high-rise residential buildings, the size of the outer space will also become larger. There will be more space for designers to shape. As an indispensable factor in the climate environment outside the residential area, Rizhao affects all aspects of the construction of the outer residential environment and plays an important role in the physical and mental health of the residents. This paper studies the outer space environment of residential area in hot summer and cold winter area from the following aspects:. The concepts of sunshine, radiation and shadow are expounded. It also introduces the sunshine environment in hot summer and cold winter area and the analysis software and related analysis methods used in the design of outer space environment at home and abroad. This paper briefly describes the relationship between the factors that constitute the external space environment and the interaction between sunshine, and provides a basis for the study of the following sections. Taking the building entity factor as the primary research object, the architecture and its layout form are the important factors that influence the sunshine environment of the outer space. The relationship between sunshine and architectural form and orientation is studied. And put forward the related optimization design strategy of building monomer, and with the help of sunshine analysis platform, The index of shadow rate is used to measure the sunshine situation of the outer space environment under the combination of different building groups. Through the comprehensive comparison of the shadow rate of the external sunshine environment of the Winter Solstice Day and the Summer Solstice Day under different combination forms, A more optimized combination of buildings is obtained. As the object of study on the exterior site of residential area, mainly to the entrance or the center leisure square in the outdoor field, the outdoor activity ground, the small courtyard, Study on the choice of these places in the garden. Take the rules of activities of the main people in outdoor activities in residential areas as the basis of the study. The shaded plane isochron method is used to analyze the plan of residential area planning which has already been arranged. Through the study and analysis of the suitable location of different level places, the purpose of optimizing outdoor activity environment can be achieved. On the basis of the present research situation at home and abroad, the other factors that make up the outer space environment of residential area are as follows: road, greening, water body and sketch as the research object, respectively, under the influence of sunshine. The optimization design of each factor is summarized. Finally, under the influence of sunshine, the relationship between various factors in the external space environment is summarized, the problem is considered synthetically, and the allocation of resources is optimized. The designer has the duty and responsibility to plan the relationship among the factors as a whole. For people to create a good living environment, at the same time through the study of this paper can play a certain reference to the design of the outer space environment of residential area.
