【摘要】：正由新疆維吾爾自治區(qū)烏魯木齊市建委組織實(shí)施的中德技術(shù)合作示范項(xiàng)目——"幸福堡"綜合樓被動式建筑,日前順利通過德國海德堡能源研究所專家測試并獲得德國被動式建筑研究所頒發(fā)的"被動式建筑"認(rèn)證證書及能耗證書。所謂被動式建筑,是指僅依靠建筑本身的構(gòu)造設(shè)計(jì),即能達(dá)到舒適的室內(nèi)溫度,滿足"冬暖夏涼"的要求;只需要很少的外部能源供熱、基本上不需
