【摘要】：中央商務(wù)區(qū)（CBD，Central Business District），是經(jīng)濟(jì)高度發(fā)展的產(chǎn)物，，是具有城市核心地位并高度集聚經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、科技等方面的區(qū)域。鑒于國(guó)內(nèi)CBD建設(shè)出現(xiàn)的系列問(wèn)題：CBD黑夜“空城”現(xiàn)象、CBD“概念化”現(xiàn)象、CBD“千城一面”現(xiàn)象等等，論者希望通過(guò)引入場(chǎng)所精神理論來(lái)避免和挽救這一系列問(wèn)題。同時(shí)，CBD開(kāi)放空間作為體驗(yàn)CBD場(chǎng)所精神的載體，其場(chǎng)所精神的研究也就是避免和挽救這一系列問(wèn)題的核心。 論文針對(duì)CBD的地位和功能主導(dǎo)的特殊性，分析影響CBD開(kāi)放空間的場(chǎng)所精神因素：人的尺度因素、場(chǎng)地特性因素、建筑因素、時(shí)間維度因素等等和其改變?cè)�，并將研究�?xì)分界定在城市設(shè)計(jì)、個(gè)體設(shè)計(jì)、心理學(xué)等三個(gè)層面。最終，論文提出初步探討CBD開(kāi)放空間場(chǎng)所精神的建構(gòu)方法論——基礎(chǔ)資料的收集、城市設(shè)計(jì)層面的建構(gòu)、個(gè)體設(shè)計(jì)層面的建構(gòu)、心理學(xué)層面的建構(gòu)。從整體到局部集中分析深圳CBD并結(jié)合穿插個(gè)別香港CBD案例開(kāi)放空間的場(chǎng)所精神特質(zhì)和現(xiàn)狀情況。
[Abstract]:The Central Business District (CBD) Central Business restriction is the product of high economic development and has the core position of the city and the high concentration of economy and culture. In view of the series of problems in the construction of CBD in China, the phenomenon of "empty city" in the dark night of CBD and the phenomenon of "conceptualization" of CBD and the phenomenon of "one thousand cities" in China and so on. The theorists hope to avoid and save this series of problems by introducing the theory of place spirit. At the same time, the open space of CBD can be used as the carrier to experience the spirit of CBD. The research of its place spirit is also the core of avoiding and saving this series of problems. According to the particularity of the position and function of CBD, this paper analyzes the spiritual factors of CBD open space, such as human scale factor, site characteristic factor and architectural factor. The time dimension factor and its change reason, and will study the subdivision to define in the city design, the individual design, the psychology and so on three levels. Finally. This paper puts forward a preliminary discussion on the construction methodology of the spirit of CBD open space-the collection of basic materials, the construction of urban design level, and the construction of individual design level. From the whole to the local level, the author focuses on the analysis of the mental characteristics and present situation of the CBD in Shenzhen and the open space of individual CBD cases in Hong Kong.
