【摘要】:近幾年來(lái),我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)迅速發(fā)展和高等教育進(jìn)程的明顯加快,也促進(jìn)了我國(guó)高校的公寓化建設(shè),并進(jìn)入了建設(shè)黃金期。在土地資源極度緊缺的現(xiàn)狀下,而學(xué)生人數(shù)卻在不斷增加(據(jù)資料顯示:2012年全國(guó)普通高校招生685萬(wàn)人)。學(xué)生公寓居住發(fā)展的趨勢(shì):公寓內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜化,功能上多元化,使用上便捷化,細(xì)節(jié)上具體化。在這樣一個(gè)背景環(huán)境下,既要符合我國(guó)國(guó)情,又適應(yīng)高校的發(fā)展規(guī)律,滿足廣大學(xué)生適應(yīng)性居住需求的公寓是亟待解決的問(wèn)題之一。 本文以典型空間形式的高校學(xué)生公寓為研究對(duì)象,首先了解學(xué)生公寓的歷史沿革、發(fā)展歷程、目的及意義;其次,界定了學(xué)生公寓中的居住群體,依據(jù)學(xué)生公寓的設(shè)計(jì)方法及空間理論,對(duì)其空間特點(diǎn)、功能劃分、組織形式及組合方法等進(jìn)行研究與分析,針對(duì)學(xué)生公寓中居住需求的變化,提出高校公寓居住空間中的適應(yīng)性方法,合理地運(yùn)用了人體工程學(xué),解決空間中的合理性,協(xié)調(diào)了共性與個(gè)性之間的平衡,提高生活效率,并運(yùn)用適應(yīng)性設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)空間中不合理之處,加以調(diào)整與整合,提出了學(xué)生公寓適應(yīng)性居住空間的具體內(nèi)容與實(shí)施方案,借鑒了國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)生公寓設(shè)計(jì)的案例與經(jīng)驗(yàn),分析調(diào)研了太原理工大學(xué)學(xué)生公寓現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)高校學(xué)生公寓空間中目前所存在問(wèn)題,提出一個(gè)具體的、有效的優(yōu)化性設(shè)計(jì)方案。 論文共分為三個(gè)部分、六個(gè)章節(jié)。 第一部分為第一章緒論,主要對(duì)我國(guó)大學(xué)生公寓內(nèi)居住空間進(jìn)行研究,從歷史沿革、現(xiàn)實(shí)情況、目的和意義等基本概念及研究現(xiàn)狀做出了詳細(xì)解讀。對(duì)大學(xué)生公寓的發(fā)展進(jìn)行初步探索,并通過(guò)調(diào)查研究,總結(jié)出簡(jiǎn)單可行、可以指導(dǎo)實(shí)施的大學(xué)生居住空間適應(yīng)性設(shè)計(jì)的方法。簡(jiǎn)要地了解國(guó)內(nèi)外高校居住空間形式,對(duì)進(jìn)一步研究適應(yīng)性空間設(shè)計(jì)提供理論依據(jù)。 第二部分為第二章、第三章、第四章,從大學(xué)生居住空間現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的分析與研究,就大學(xué)生公寓空間中的人體工程學(xué)、心理學(xué)、美學(xué)、尺度設(shè)定等各方面,找出適合我國(guó)大學(xué)生居住空間環(huán)境中,適應(yīng)性設(shè)計(jì)的理論與方法。通過(guò)調(diào)查、問(wèn)卷等多種形式,對(duì)我國(guó)大學(xué)生的心理行為、生活行為、安全保障等諸多因素進(jìn)行理論性的研究,并提出了當(dāng)代大學(xué)生居住空間適應(yīng)性的合理分配與設(shè)計(jì)。 第三部分由第五章和第六章結(jié)語(yǔ)構(gòu)成,具體探討了我國(guó)大學(xué)生居住空間適應(yīng)性設(shè)計(jì)的高校公寓現(xiàn)狀,以國(guó)內(nèi)外三所高校的學(xué)生公寓為實(shí)例并對(duì)其實(shí)踐性的論證。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the rapid development of our economy and the obvious acceleration of the process of higher education have also promoted the construction of apartments in colleges and universities, and entered the golden period of construction. However, the number of students is increasing (according to the data: in 2012, 6.85 million students enrolled in ordinary colleges and universities). The trend of residence development of students' apartments: the internal structure of apartments is complicated, and the function is diversified. In such a background environment, we should not only conform to the national conditions of our country, but also adapt to the law of the development of colleges and universities. One of the problems to be solved urgently is to satisfy the students'adaptive living needs. This article takes the typical space form university student apartment as the research object, first understands the student apartment history, the development course, the goal and the significance; Secondly, it defines the residential groups in student apartments, according to the design method and space theory of student apartments, the space characteristics, functional division, organizational form and combination methods are studied and analyzed. In view of the change of residence demand in students' apartment, the adaptive method of living space in college apartment is put forward, which makes rational use of ergonomics, solves the rationality of space, and coordinates the balance between commonness and individuality. Improve the efficiency of life, and the use of adaptive design in the space unreasonable, to adjust and integrate, put forward the student apartment adaptive living space specific content and implementation plan. Referring to the case and experience of student apartment design at home and abroad, this paper analyzes and investigates the present situation of student apartment in Taiyuan University of Technology, and puts forward a concrete question on the existing problems in the space of student apartment in colleges and universities. Effective optimization design scheme. The thesis is divided into three parts and six chapters. The first part is the introduction of the first chapter, mainly on the residential space of college students' apartments in China, from the historical evolution, the reality. The purpose and significance of the basic concepts and the status quo of the study made a detailed interpretation of the development of college students' apartment preliminary exploration, and through investigation and research, summed up the simple and feasible. It can be used to guide the method of adaptive design of college students' living space, to understand the form of residential space in colleges and universities at home and abroad, and to provide theoretical basis for further research on adaptive space design. The second part is the second chapter, the third chapter, the 4th chapter, from the university student living space present situation carries on the systematic analysis and the research, in the university student apartment space ergonomics, the psychology, the esthetics. To find out the theory and method of adaptive design suitable for the living space environment of college students in our country. Through investigation, questionnaire and other forms, the psychological behavior and life behavior of college students in our country are studied. Some factors, such as safety and security, are studied theoretically, and the reasonable allocation and design of living space adaptability of contemporary college students are put forward. The third part is composed of 5th chapters and 6th chapters. It discusses the current situation of college students' living space adaptability design in China. Take the student apartment of three colleges and universities at home and abroad as an example and demonstrate its practicality.
