【摘要】：隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的快速發(fā)展，各行業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)不斷加大，建筑行業(yè)也面臨著巨大挑戰(zhàn)，傳統(tǒng)粗獷式的建筑管理模式已遠(yuǎn)不能滿足市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)要求，這就要求建筑企業(yè)必須尋求一種科學(xué)的建筑管理模式，擺脫傳統(tǒng)模式下的高能耗、高成本和低質(zhì)量的弊病。精益建造正是一種先進(jìn)的建筑管理體系，它是精益思想在建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)領(lǐng)域中的應(yīng)用，，是一套系統(tǒng)、完善、持續(xù)改進(jìn)的科學(xué)管理體系。國(guó)外一些具有前瞻性的建筑企業(yè)已經(jīng)引用精益建造對(duì)其企業(yè)運(yùn)行和項(xiàng)目建筑管理進(jìn)行改革，并取得了顯著的成效，這也成為精益建造理論最好的實(shí)踐案例，為國(guó)內(nèi)建筑企業(yè)成功應(yīng)用起了指導(dǎo)作用。 本文首先總結(jié)了精益建造的起源與發(fā)展歷程，以及精益建造的基本原理、應(yīng)用方法和特點(diǎn)，并在此基礎(chǔ)上，論述了精益建造理論中的TFV生產(chǎn)理論、LPS計(jì)劃體系和5S現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理理論。接著，文中闡述并總結(jié)了國(guó)內(nèi)建筑業(yè)和建筑業(yè)企業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及存在的主要問(wèn)題，探討了在我國(guó)建筑企業(yè)引入精益建造的可行性。并根據(jù)國(guó)內(nèi)外建筑企業(yè)的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)情況，分析了精益建造在企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略、物供體系管理以及建設(shè)項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)踐等幾個(gè)方面中的具體應(yīng)用。最后引用一個(gè)實(shí)際施工案例，模擬分析精益建造對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)建筑企業(yè)的施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理能發(fā)揮的作用。 任何理論的成型都有其特定的時(shí)代、環(huán)境背景，精益建造理論在我國(guó)的建筑市場(chǎng)是能否落地生根，會(huì)否水土不服，是否符合我國(guó)的實(shí)際國(guó)情都是一個(gè)值得探討研究的內(nèi)容。本文以理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際，根據(jù)我國(guó)建筑企業(yè)管理方面的現(xiàn)狀，以實(shí)際的施工管理案例進(jìn)行模擬分析，希望能夠提出比較科學(xué)的、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化程度高的適用于我國(guó)建筑企業(yè)的建造管理模式，對(duì)當(dāng)前的建筑企業(yè)的管理提供建設(shè)性建議和意見(jiàn)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of world economic globalization, the competition of various industries is increasing, the construction industry is also facing a huge challenge, the traditional rugged construction management model has been far from meeting the requirements of market competition. This requires construction enterprises to seek a scientific building management model to get rid of the traditional mode of high energy consumption, high cost and low quality defects. Lean construction is a kind of advanced building management system. It is the application of lean thought in the field of construction industry, is a set of system, perfect. Continuous improvement of the scientific management system. Some foreign forward-looking construction enterprises have cited lean construction to their business operations and project building management reform, and achieved significant results. This also becomes the best practice case of lean construction theory, and plays a guiding role in the successful application of domestic construction enterprises. This paper first summarizes the origin and development of lean construction, as well as the basic principles, application methods and characteristics of lean construction, and on this basis, discusses the lean construction theory of TFV production theory. LPS planning system and 5S site management theory. Then, this paper describes and summarizes the development of domestic construction and construction enterprises and the main problems. This paper probes into the feasibility of introducing lean construction into Chinese construction enterprises, and analyzes the strategy of lean construction in enterprises according to the practical experience of domestic and foreign construction enterprises. The concrete application in several aspects such as material supply system management and site practice of construction project. Finally, a practical construction case is cited. The effect of lean construction on construction site management of domestic construction enterprises is simulated and analyzed. The formation of any theory has its specific era, environmental background, lean construction theory in our country's construction market can take root, will not accept. Whether it conforms to the actual situation of our country is a content worth studying. This paper combines theory with practice, according to the current situation of management of construction enterprises in our country, carries on the simulation analysis with the actual construction management case. It is hoped that a more scientific and standardized construction management model can be put forward to provide constructive suggestions and suggestions for the current management of construction enterprises in China.
