【摘要】：香港公屋(HONG KONG PUBLIC HOUSING),即香港的公共住宅,建設(shè)始于1953年,2013年正值其發(fā)展60周年。截至2012年3月底,香港已興建115.2萬套公屋單位,為約329.6萬的香港居民(占香港總?cè)丝?6.2%)提供安居之所。如此卓越的成就,獲得了國(guó)際上的廣泛贊譽(yù)并被世界公認(rèn)為有效保障居住的典范。 本文以香港公屋的內(nèi)部公共空間為主要的研究對(duì)象,主要從類型學(xué)的角度出發(fā),針對(duì)香港60年來不同時(shí)期公屋的類型和相關(guān)實(shí)例進(jìn)行資料的收集整理,并通過圖示和圖解的繪制和比較,重點(diǎn)從內(nèi)部空間組合的角度對(duì)內(nèi)部公共空間進(jìn)行總體的類型研究,突出內(nèi)部公共空間在空間組合過程中的核心和紐帶作用,并在此基礎(chǔ)上分別從平面形式和空間形態(tài)兩個(gè)方面對(duì)內(nèi)部公共空間進(jìn)行具體的類型研究。 本文研究課題為香港中文大學(xué)建筑學(xué)院顧大慶教授主持的香港特別行政區(qū)研究資助局項(xiàng)目“關(guān)于香港1950至70年代建筑設(shè)計(jì)的專題及案例研究”(CUHK444610)的其中一部分,資料的收集整理、研究方法的確立以及主要研究成果在香港完成。
[Abstract]:Hongkong public housing (HONG KONG PUBLIC HOUSING), the Hongkong public housing, construction began in 1953, 60th anniversary in 2013 coincided with its development. At the end of March 2012, Hongkong has built 1 million 152 thousand sets of housing units, for about 3 million 296 thousand of the residents of Hongkong (Hongkong accounted for the total population of 46.2%) to provide affordable housing. Such a remarkable achievement, received wide acclaim in the world and is recognized as the world model of effective protection for living.
In this paper, the interior public space of public housing in Hongkong as the main object of study, mainly from the typological point of view, according to the Hongkong 60 years of housing types in different periods and relevant examples of data collection, and through the graphic drawing and comparison of the types of population of internal public space from the inside the space combination angle, core and link the prominent role of the interior public space in space in the process of combination, and on this basis respectively from two aspects of plane form and space form of the interior public space of type specific.
In this case study and research for the Chinese University Hong Kong School of architecture professor Gu Daqing presided over the Research Grants Council of Hongkong Special Administrative Region "project on the architectural design of Hongkong from 1950 to 70s" (CUHK444610) which is part of the data collection, the establishment of the research methods and the main research achievements in Hongkong.
