【摘要】：伴隨著科技的進步,移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術、通信技術和移動終端設備的快速發(fā)展已經(jīng)成為人們生活不可缺少的一部分,同時也在深深的影響著我們的生活方式與質(zhì)量。人們每天生活在網(wǎng)絡信息覆蓋與手機等移動終端設備交互的環(huán)境下,辦公環(huán)境與辦公方式也在潛移默化之中發(fā)生巨大的革新變化,正朝著“移動化辦公”的趨勢發(fā)展。本論文是對企業(yè)移動協(xié)同辦公平臺領域的研究,在結合管理學、人機交互設計、信息架構和用戶體驗等理論基礎上,對辦公群體進行了文獻研究和實地調(diào)研,分析歸納用戶研究要素,提出了基于移動端企業(yè)協(xié)同辦公平臺的新的交互設計原則和信息架構理論,可以為未來移動辦公領域的相關研究提供理論參考。論文首先對課題背景現(xiàn)狀進行研究,通過大量的文獻研究和理論探討,來為課題研究提供理論研究工具。之后又分析了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)產(chǎn)品項目開發(fā)團隊辦公的形態(tài),從團隊的組織功能層面和項目研發(fā)業(yè)務流程層面進行研究分析,得出了在傳統(tǒng)的辦公模式下開展團隊協(xié)作存在的問題。其次,通過對辦公中現(xiàn)存的問題進行分析,并得出移動端協(xié)同辦公應用軟件可以解決現(xiàn)存問題的必要性和現(xiàn)實性,之后論文中提出了基于手機載體的企業(yè)協(xié)同辦公平臺信息的設計原則。通過研宄企業(yè)協(xié)同辦公系統(tǒng)信息架構和功能模塊,并結合手機移動終端的特點,提出了基于移動終端的協(xié)同辦公平臺建設的設計規(guī)范和信息架構。最后,論文以“用戶為中心”的設計方法論來指導設計實踐的開展,以問卷調(diào)查和競品分析的方法來對用戶進行研究,獲取了目標用戶群體的實際辦公需求。并給出了不同的設計方案,最后篩選出最佳的設計方案。本論文對協(xié)同辦公軟件移動終端的交互設計研究提供了重要的理論參考,并且對移動辦公軟件客戶端的交互界面完善設計規(guī)范提供了有價值的借鑒。論文的研究成果應用于公司用戶的實際辦公過程中,文中提出研究的方法與設計理論也成功地運用到對原有的產(chǎn)品版本的優(yōu)化設計之中,用戶使用優(yōu)化后的產(chǎn)品有良好的反饋是對本論文設計成果的肯定。
[Abstract]:With the progress of science and technology, the rapid development of mobile Internet technology, communication technology and mobile terminal equipment has become an indispensable part of people's life, and also deeply influences our way of life and quality. People live in the environment where the network information covers and mobile terminal devices such as mobile phones, and the office environment and office mode also have great innovation and change in the latent mobility, and are developing towards the trend of the "mobile office". Based on the theories of management, man-machine interaction design, information architecture and user experience, this paper makes a literature research and field investigation on the working group, and analyzes the elements of the user's research. This paper puts forward the new interactive design principle and information architecture theory based on the mobile terminal cooperative office platform, and can provide the theoretical reference for the related research in the future mobile office area. This paper first studies the background of the subject, and provides a theoretical research tool for the research of the subject through a large number of literature and theoretical studies. Then, the paper analyzes the form of the development team of the Internet enterprise product project, analyzes the research and analysis from the team's organizational function level and the project R & D business process level, and obtains the problems of the team collaboration under the traditional office mode. Secondly, through the analysis of the existing problems in the office, the necessity and reality of the existing problems can be solved by the mobile terminal collaborative office application software, and the design principle of the information of the enterprise collaborative office platform based on the mobile phone carrier is put forward in the paper. Through the development of the information structure and function module of the collaborative office system of the enterprise, and in combination with the characteristics of the mobile terminal of the mobile phone, the design code and the information structure of the collaborative office platform construction based on the mobile terminal are put forward. Finally, the paper guided the development of the design practice with the design methodology of the "User-Centric", and carried out the research on the user by the method of the questionnaire and the competition analysis, and acquired the actual office demand of the target user group. The different design schemes are given, and the best design scheme is finally selected. This paper provides an important theoretical reference for the interactive design of the mobile terminal of the collaborative office software, and provides valuable reference for the improvement of the design specifications of the interactive interface of the mobile office software client. The research results of the paper are applied to the actual office process of the user of the company, and the method and the design theory of the research are also successfully applied to the optimization design of the original product version, and the user uses the optimized product with good feedback is the positive result of the design of the thesis.
