【摘要】：電機(jī)定子綜合測(cè)試臺(tái)是我廠在電機(jī)定子裝配件量產(chǎn)后,為適應(yīng)生產(chǎn)需要而研制并投入使用的綜合檢測(cè)平臺(tái)。自投入使用后,比檢驗(yàn)員手工操作效果提升很多,但經(jīng)過多年的使用發(fā)現(xiàn),由于許多因素影響檢測(cè)效率與檢測(cè)質(zhì)量,同時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)有各種原因存在篡改檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)的現(xiàn)象,為提升檢測(cè)效率,提高測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確性保證測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)的真實(shí)性,本文在改造綜合測(cè)試臺(tái)測(cè)試方法和結(jié)構(gòu)的同時(shí)對(duì)配套軟件進(jìn)行重新設(shè)計(jì)與優(yōu)化。該項(xiàng)目是基于新型電機(jī)定子綜合測(cè)試臺(tái),分析、選擇測(cè)量變送裝置、電器開關(guān)等各個(gè)電器檢測(cè)部件及控制部件對(duì)被控對(duì)象進(jìn)行行位控制及檢測(cè)的啟動(dòng)、停止等控制,用軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)相關(guān)檢查步驟,可以顯示、存儲(chǔ)和打印系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行狀態(tài),具有人機(jī)接口等功能。檢測(cè)過程可以很方便的根據(jù)需要進(jìn)行改變與調(diào)節(jié)。同時(shí),該軟件可以按要求接收存儲(chǔ)檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù),同時(shí)按照一定的算法對(duì)接收的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行符合性判斷,并將最終的所有數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)到數(shù)據(jù)庫,并按一定規(guī)律和需要方便查詢與轉(zhuǎn)存打印。論文主要研究新型電機(jī)定子檢測(cè)臺(tái)的操作控制軟件和相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)與處理的方法。通過研究設(shè)備運(yùn)行控制流程和檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)信息,進(jìn)行軟件的需求分析與設(shè)計(jì)。編程方面選用Visual Basic作為編程語音,為達(dá)到數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)與查詢的要求,選用Microsoft Office Access作為數(shù)據(jù)庫。本文采用統(tǒng)一建模語言(UML)為分析設(shè)計(jì)描述語言,采用Visual Basic面向?qū)ο箝_發(fā)技術(shù),對(duì)電機(jī)定子檢測(cè)控制系統(tǒng)的軟件設(shè)計(jì)和開發(fā)進(jìn)行了需求分析、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、編碼實(shí)現(xiàn)和系統(tǒng)測(cè)試。
[Abstract]:The comprehensive test bench of motor stator is a comprehensive testing platform developed and put into use in order to meet the needs of production after the mass production of motor stator accessories. After putting into use, the effect of manual operation is much better than that of inspectors, but after many years of use, it is found that due to many factors affecting the detection efficiency and detection quality, it is found that there are various reasons for tampering with the detection data. In order to improve the detection efficiency and improve the accuracy of the test data to ensure the authenticity of the test data, this paper redesigns and optimizes the supporting software while reforming the test method and structure of the comprehensive test bench. This project is based on the new type of motor stator comprehensive test bench, analyzes, selects the measurement transmission device, the electrical switch and other electrical testing components and control parts to control the controlled object, start and stop the detection, etc. The software can display, store and print the running status of the system, and has the functions of man-machine interface and so on. The detection process can be easily changed and adjusted according to the needs. At the same time, the software can receive and store the detection data according to the requirements, judge the conformity of the received data according to a certain algorithm, and store all the final data to the database. And according to certain laws and needs to facilitate query and transfer printing. This paper mainly studies the operation control software of the new motor stator detection platform and the method of storing and processing the related data. The requirement analysis and design of the software are carried out by studying the equipment operation control flow and testing data information. In programming, Visual Basic is selected as programming voice, and Microsoft Office Access is selected as database in order to meet the requirements of data storage and query. In this paper, the unified modeling language (UML) is used as the analysis and design description language, and Visual Basic object-oriented development technology is used to analyze the software design and development of motor stator detection and control system.
