基于臨床實(shí)踐指南的診療過程建模方法

【摘要】:為了促進(jìn)臨床實(shí)踐指南的自動化實(shí)施,提出一種借助公開可用的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和本體將臨床實(shí)踐指南轉(zhuǎn)換為計算機(jī)可理解的診療過程模型的通用方法。該方法以臨床實(shí)踐指南為輸入,提取診療過程主題元素,根據(jù)主題元素和本體模型構(gòu)件之間的對應(yīng)關(guān)系,創(chuàng)建具體實(shí)例完成診療過程建模。以《中國高血壓防治指南(第三版)》為例,檢驗(yàn)了該方法的有效性,構(gòu)建了高血壓診療過程GLIF模型。
[Abstract]:In order to promote the automatic implementation of clinical practice guidelines, a general method of transforming clinical practice guidelines into computer-understandable diagnosis and treatment process models by means of publicly available standards and ontologies is proposed. This method takes the clinical practice guide as the input, extracts the diagnosis and treatment process theme element, according to the corresponding relation between the theme element and the ontology model component, creates the concrete example to complete the diagnosis and treatment process modeling. Taking the Chinese guidelines for the Prevention and treatment of Hypertension (third Edition) as an example, the validity of the method was tested, and a GLIF model for the diagnosis and treatment of hypertension was constructed.
