【摘要】：目的解決當(dāng)前圖像修復(fù)算法忽略了對修復(fù)塊后續(xù)的優(yōu)化處理,導(dǎo)致修復(fù)圖像易出現(xiàn)不連貫效應(yīng)以及塊效應(yīng)等的不足。方法提出基于紋理特征與稀疏表示的圖像修復(fù)算法,首先利用像素點對應(yīng)的數(shù)據(jù)項,構(gòu)造了優(yōu)先權(quán)模型。然后,利用像素點在R,G,B分量上對應(yīng)的像素值來構(gòu)造紋理特征度量模型,對待修復(fù)塊中像素點對應(yīng)的紋理特征進行度量,并根據(jù)度量結(jié)果,選擇其對應(yīng)樣本集的大小。引入SSD型,從樣本集中搜索與待修復(fù)塊最相似的最優(yōu)樣本塊,對待修復(fù)塊進行填充。最后,利用最優(yōu)樣本塊函數(shù),構(gòu)造最優(yōu)稀疏表示模型,從而實現(xiàn)圖像修復(fù)。結(jié)果仿真結(jié)果顯示,與當(dāng)前圖像修復(fù)算法相比,所提圖像修復(fù)算法具備更高的復(fù)原質(zhì)量,能有效克服修復(fù)圖像中出現(xiàn)的不連貫效應(yīng)以及塊效應(yīng)。結(jié)論所提算法具有較高的修復(fù)視覺質(zhì)量,在數(shù)字圖像處理領(lǐng)域具有較好的應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:Aim to solve the problem that the current image restoration algorithm neglects the subsequent optimization of the restoration block, which leads to the incoherence effect and block effect in the image restoration. Methods an image restoration algorithm based on texture features and sparse representation was proposed. Firstly, the priority model was constructed by using the corresponding data items of pixel points. Then, the texture feature measurement model is constructed by using the corresponding pixel values in the R, G and B components. The texture features corresponding to the pixel points in the repair block are measured, and the size of the corresponding sample set is selected according to the measurement results. The SSD type is introduced to search the optimal sample block from the sample set which is most similar to the block to be repaired and to fill the repair block. Finally, the optimal sparse representation model is constructed by using the optimal sample block function to realize image restoration. Results the simulation results show that compared with the current image restoration algorithm, the proposed image restoration algorithm has higher restoration quality, and can effectively overcome the incoherent effect and block effect in the restoration image. Conclusion the proposed algorithm has high restoration visual quality and has good application value in the field of digital image processing.
