【摘要】：隨著信息技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展以及人們對(duì)服務(wù)便捷化需求的日益提升,自來水供水企業(yè)亟需適應(yīng)信息化技術(shù)發(fā)展的大潮,推進(jìn)企業(yè)信息化進(jìn)程,以提升企業(yè)服務(wù)水平。論文應(yīng)合作自來水公司信息化改造需求,以VFP9.0為開發(fā)平臺(tái),采用3層C/S開發(fā)模式,利用SQL Server作為數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)管理工具,為該公司構(gòu)建了一套自來水水務(wù)管理系統(tǒng),以幫助企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)水務(wù)的信息化管理,提高企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)效率和服務(wù)水平。論文首先通過分析企業(yè)現(xiàn)狀和傳統(tǒng)水務(wù)管理流程,得到企業(yè)對(duì)水務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的功能需求,并確定采用三層C/S開發(fā)模式和SQL Server數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)管理工具。然后結(jié)合系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)和設(shè)計(jì)原則對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行總體設(shè)計(jì)和功能設(shè)計(jì),并著重講述了銀行代扣功能、電話語音查詢功能和系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)表的設(shè)計(jì)之后基于Visual Fox Pro 9.0開發(fā)了一套水務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)包括安全策略模塊,以保證系統(tǒng)和數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)安全;收費(fèi)管理模塊,對(duì)用戶檔案、水費(fèi)進(jìn)行管理,同時(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)查詢功能;銀行代扣功能模塊,設(shè)計(jì)本系統(tǒng)與銀行系統(tǒng)間的數(shù)據(jù)交互機(jī)制,以實(shí)現(xiàn)用戶通過銀行代扣實(shí)現(xiàn)水費(fèi)自動(dòng)繳納;電話語音查詢功能模塊,實(shí)現(xiàn)與用戶的電話語音交互。本系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)在合作企業(yè)上線應(yīng)用,獲得了良好的應(yīng)用效果。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology and the increasing demand for service convenience, tap water supply enterprises need to adapt to the tide of the development of information technology and promote the process of enterprise informatization in order to improve the service level of enterprises. The paper should cooperate with the water supply company to transform the information demand, take the VFP9.0 as the development platform, adopt the 3-layer cas development mode, use SQL Server as the database management tool, construct a set of water affairs management system for the company. In order to help enterprises to achieve the information management of water affairs, improve the efficiency and service level of enterprises. Firstly, by analyzing the current situation of the enterprise and the traditional water management process, the functional requirements of the enterprise to the water management system are obtained, and the three-tier development mode and the SQL Server database management tool are adopted. Then combined with the system design objectives and design principles, the overall design and function design of the system are carried out, and the bank withholding function is emphatically described. After the design of telephone voice query function and system data table, a set of water management system based on Visual Fox Pro 9.0 is developed. The system includes a security policy module to ensure the security of the system and database, a charge management module to manage user files and water charges, and a query function at the same time. Bank withholding function module, designed the data exchange mechanism between the system and the bank system to realize the automatic payment of water charges through bank withholding; telephone voice inquiry function module to realize the telephone voice interaction with the user. The system has been applied online in cooperative enterprises, and good application effect has been obtained.
