【摘要】：隨著我國居民的住房要求不斷提高,山東省率先發(fā)布《綠色智慧住區(qū)建設(shè)指南(試行)》。智慧住區(qū)是智慧城市研究應(yīng)用和具體呈現(xiàn)的基本單元,其建設(shè)對(duì)于我國的智慧城市建設(shè)起著至關(guān)重要的作用。而智慧住區(qū)綜合服務(wù)平臺(tái)是智慧住區(qū)建設(shè)的重要組成部分,提供數(shù)據(jù)互聯(lián)、平臺(tái)構(gòu)建、服務(wù)驅(qū)動(dòng)與運(yùn)營監(jiān)控等核心作用。在平臺(tái)終端呈現(xiàn)方式上,Android系統(tǒng)以其自身的優(yōu)越性,成為手機(jī)客戶端的首選。但是,目前市面的平臺(tái)服務(wù)客戶端結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、功能單一,每個(gè)客戶端都只能提供單一或幾個(gè)服務(wù)。因此,本文針對(duì)智慧住區(qū)的實(shí)際需求,研究并實(shí)現(xiàn)了一套基于Android的智慧住區(qū)手機(jī)客戶端軟件,為住區(qū)用戶提供終端一站式服務(wù),提高住區(qū)綜合服務(wù)能力。為此,本文首先對(duì)智慧住區(qū)綜合服務(wù)平臺(tái)和當(dāng)前應(yīng)用于智慧住區(qū)的手機(jī)客戶端軟件進(jìn)行研究,分析了智慧住區(qū)綜合服務(wù)平臺(tái)終端的功能性和非功能性的需求,并提出了平臺(tái)客戶端的服務(wù)模式和功能架構(gòu),解決了客戶端服務(wù)功能單一,結(jié)構(gòu)分散的問題。其次,為實(shí)現(xiàn)住區(qū)客戶端的一站式服務(wù),滿足客戶端與異構(gòu)數(shù)據(jù)庫的交互需求,采用了WebService、SMS短信推送等開發(fā)技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)了住區(qū)多源異構(gòu)數(shù)據(jù)集成和報(bào)警數(shù)據(jù)的及時(shí)推送功能。此外,本文承擔(dān)了智慧住區(qū)綜合服務(wù)平臺(tái)客戶端的家庭服務(wù)客戶端軟件模塊、可視對(duì)講軟硬件模塊的具體設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)工作,并將可視對(duì)講軟件模塊集成入家庭服務(wù)軟件模塊中,本文就家庭服務(wù)模塊與可視對(duì)講模塊的具體設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)過程進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的闡述。在家庭服務(wù)模塊中,實(shí)現(xiàn)了家居控制、場景模式、能耗監(jiān)測等功能;在可視對(duì)講方面,研發(fā)了嵌入式數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)接模塊,實(shí)現(xiàn)了傳統(tǒng)可視對(duì)講硬件系統(tǒng)的改造升級(jí)工作;最終,通過調(diào)用lib VLC庫函數(shù),完成了視頻數(shù)據(jù)的編碼、解碼、封裝、傳輸?shù)热蝿?wù),縮短了開發(fā)周期和成本。當(dāng)前,智慧住區(qū)綜合服務(wù)平臺(tái)Android客戶端已投入運(yùn)行,家庭服務(wù)模塊與可視對(duì)講模塊運(yùn)行良好,客戶端整體運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定,功能綜合統(tǒng)一,對(duì)智慧住區(qū)建設(shè)具有一定的意義。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of the housing requirements of Chinese residents, Shandong Province took the lead in issuing the guidelines for the Construction of Green and Intelligent Residential areas (trial). Intelligent residential area is the basic unit of intelligent city research and application, and its construction plays an important role in the construction of smart city in our country. Intelligent residential area integrated service platform is an important part of intelligent residential construction, providing data interconnection, platform construction, service-driven and operational monitoring and other core roles. In the presentation mode of platform terminal, Android system has become the first choice for mobile phone client because of its own superiority. However, the current platform service client structure is simple, single function, each client can only provide a single or a few services. Therefore, according to the actual needs of smart residential area, this paper studies and implements a set of smart residential cell phone client software based on Android, which can provide terminal one-stop service for residential area users and improve the comprehensive service ability of residential area. Therefore, this paper firstly studies the intelligent residential integrated service platform and the mobile phone client software applied in the intelligent residential area, and analyzes the functional and non-functional requirements of the intelligent residential integrated service platform terminal. At the same time, the service mode and function architecture of the platform client are put forward, which solves the problem of single function and decentralized structure of the client service. Secondly, in order to realize one-stop service of residential area client and meet the interaction demand between client and heterogeneous database, WebService,SMS short message push technology is adopted to realize multi-source heterogeneous data integration and timely push of alarm data in residential area. In addition, this paper undertakes the home service client software module of the intelligent residential integrated service platform client, the concrete design and realization of the visual intercom software and hardware module, and integrates the visual intercom software module into the home service software module. In this paper, the specific design and implementation of home service module and visual intercom module are described in detail. In the home service module, the functions of home control, scene mode and energy consumption monitoring are realized, and in the aspect of visual intercom, the embedded data transfer module is developed, which realizes the transformation and upgrade of the traditional visual intercom hardware system. Finally, by calling the lib VLC library function, the video data coding, decoding, encapsulation, transmission and other tasks are completed, and the development cycle and cost are shortened. At present, the intelligent residential area integrated service platform Android client has been put into operation, the family service module and visual intercom module run well, the whole client runs stably, the function is integrated and unified, which has certain significance to the construction of intelligent residential area.
