【摘要】：為解析自動(dòng)印花機(jī)橢圓運(yùn)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)產(chǎn)生振動(dòng)和噪聲的原因,基于Creo軟件完成了R680系列自動(dòng)印花機(jī)臺(tái)板及其橢圓軌道的建模與運(yùn)動(dòng)過程仿真分析;推導(dǎo)了求解橢圓運(yùn)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)最大振動(dòng)位置的一般公式;探究了運(yùn)動(dòng)過程中滾輪與軌道的緊密性和減小噪聲的相關(guān)問題。結(jié)果表明:由直線軌道進(jìn)入半圓軌道過程中,自動(dòng)印花機(jī)臺(tái)板外前輪與軌道的間隙值呈現(xiàn)先快速變大、再緩慢變小和最后趨向于零的規(guī)律,外后輪與軌道的間隙值呈現(xiàn)先慢后快的滯后變化;由半圓軌道進(jìn)入直線軌道過程中,外側(cè)前后輪與軌道間隙值與臺(tái)板進(jìn)入圓弧軌道過程呈現(xiàn)對(duì)稱現(xiàn)象;R680系列印花機(jī)臺(tái)板在進(jìn)入軌道過程中,外前輪轉(zhuǎn)過約7.5°和17.5°時(shí),外側(cè)前后輪與軌道間隙分別出現(xiàn)最大值,皆約等于0.33 mm。
[Abstract]:In order to analyze the causes of vibration and noise caused by elliptical motion mechanism of automatic printing machine, the modeling and simulation analysis of the plate and its elliptical track of R680 series automatic printing machine are completed based on Creo software. A general formula for solving the maximum vibration position of an elliptical kinematic mechanism is derived, and the relative problems of the compactness between the roller and the track and the reduction of noise in the course of motion are discussed. The results show that the gap between the front wheel and the track of the automatic printing machine board first increases rapidly, then slowly becomes smaller and finally tends to zero in the process of moving from the linear track to the semicircle track. The gap between the outer rear wheel and the track is slow first and then fast. In the process of moving from semicircular track to linear track, the gap between the outer front and rear wheels and track is symmetrical with the plate entering into the arc track. When the outer front wheel turns about 7.5 擄and 17.5 擄, the clearance between the outer front wheel and the track appears the maximum value, which is about 0.33 mm..
