紅外體溫測量管理系統(tǒng)的設計

【摘要】:體溫是人體的一項重要生命體征,許多疾病往往會導致體溫發(fā)生變化,對于體溫的測量通常是判斷人體狀態(tài)的初步手段。春秋季節(jié)是流行病的高發(fā)季節(jié),中小學和幼兒園的學生又是易感人群,學校人員密集,隨著水銀體溫計的淘汰,紅外體溫計以其測溫快速、準確、非接觸的優(yōu)點,得到了普遍的使用。本文設計了一款便攜式的紅外額式體溫計,依據(jù)設計的電路原理圖,使用Proteus可視化設計對紅外體溫測量進行仿真,然后制作PCB和實物。采用醫(yī)療專用的紅外線傳感器MLX90615,測溫快速準確,采用鋰電池,節(jié)能環(huán)保,并且設計充電管理和電壓轉換電路。采用單片機MSP430G2553,低功耗程序設計,配合三個獨立按鍵,Mealy型狀態(tài)機的編程方法實現(xiàn)不同功能,蜂鳴器對體溫異常者報警。單片機將采集到的體溫數(shù)據(jù)顯示在OLED液晶屏上,同時通過藍牙無線傳輸模塊,發(fā)送到上位機。上位機在LabVIEW平臺進行開發(fā),通過建立數(shù)據(jù)庫,實現(xiàn)對眾多信息的管理。上位機主要包括用戶登錄系統(tǒng)和體溫數(shù)據(jù)管理系統(tǒng)。體溫數(shù)據(jù)管理系統(tǒng)中,能夠將下位機發(fā)送來的數(shù)據(jù)進行顯示、報警和存儲。數(shù)據(jù)分析中,將保存的數(shù)據(jù)在XY圖和表格中回放出來,找出此人體溫的最大值、最小值,計算體溫平均值,還具有數(shù)據(jù)打印和備份功能。最后,進行系統(tǒng)的聯(lián)調,驗證系統(tǒng)性能。
[Abstract]:Body temperature is an important vital sign of the human body, many diseases often lead to body temperature changes, temperature measurement is usually the preliminary means to judge the state of the human body. Spring and Autumn season is the high incidence of epidemic season, primary and secondary school and kindergarten students are susceptible people, school staff density, with the elimination of mercury thermometers, infrared thermometers with its rapid, accurate, non-contact advantages. It is widely used. In this paper, a portable infrared forehead thermometer is designed. According to the designed circuit schematic diagram, the infrared temperature measurement is simulated by using Proteus visual design, and then PCB and real object are made. The infrared sensor MLX90615, is used to measure the temperature quickly and accurately, the lithium battery is used to save energy and environmental protection, and the charge management and voltage conversion circuit is designed. The low power program design of single chip computer (MSP430G2553,) and three independent keys are adopted. The programming method of Mealy state machine realizes different functions. The buzzer alerts those with abnormal body temperature. The temperature data is displayed on the OLED LCD screen and transmitted to the upper computer by Bluetooth wireless transmission module. The host computer is developed on the LabVIEW platform, through the establishment of database, to achieve the management of a lot of information. Host computer mainly includes user login system and temperature data management system. In the temperature data management system, it can display, alarm and store the data sent by the lower computer. In data analysis, the saved data is replayed in the XY diagram and table to find out the maximum and minimum temperature of this person, to calculate the average body temperature, and also to print and backup the data. Finally, the system is combined to verify the performance of the system.
