【摘要】：隨著計算機技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展,信息技術(shù)在各行各業(yè)管理中得到了普及,對于政府機關(guān)工作人員,信息化管理也越來越受到關(guān)注。對于政府機關(guān)來文處理和發(fā)文處理工作,開發(fā)設(shè)計一套操作性強的管理系統(tǒng),實行智能化、無紙化辦公,可以減輕日常工作負擔。在查閱與本課題相關(guān)的文獻資料基礎(chǔ)上,本論文結(jié)合政府機關(guān)來發(fā)文工作業(yè)務(wù)的特點,給出以過程管理來實現(xiàn)來發(fā)文管理的解決方案。在介紹了程序開發(fā)、體系結(jié)構(gòu)、Web應(yīng)用技術(shù)、MySQL、UML等相關(guān)技術(shù)后,本文主要工作如下:(1)本論文從系統(tǒng)使用的相關(guān)技術(shù)進行研究,通過對政府機關(guān)來發(fā)文管理的實際業(yè)務(wù)進行細致的分析,梳理出政府機關(guān)來文管理業(yè)務(wù)和發(fā)文管理業(yè)務(wù),并對傳統(tǒng)管理業(yè)務(wù)流程與本系統(tǒng)創(chuàng)新的管理業(yè)務(wù)流程進行對比。結(jié)合政府機關(guān)來發(fā)文管理的相關(guān)功能,分系統(tǒng)管理員、分管領(lǐng)導用戶、部門領(lǐng)導用戶、普通職員等四類角色對政府機關(guān)來發(fā)文管理系統(tǒng)的功能需求進行用例分析,并建立了系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)模型。(2)對政府機關(guān)來發(fā)文管理系統(tǒng)進行了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計及數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計。包括系統(tǒng)功能管理子系統(tǒng)、來文管理子系統(tǒng)和發(fā)文管理子系統(tǒng)等三個子系統(tǒng)功能模塊的設(shè)計;分析了系統(tǒng)的實體,定義了管理用戶信息表、來文信息表、發(fā)文信息表、領(lǐng)導信息表、來文處理情況表、發(fā)文處理情況表和任職部門信息表。(3)基于B/S架構(gòu)模式、以MySQL作為后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫、用Java和JSP技術(shù)實現(xiàn)了一個政府機關(guān)來發(fā)文管理系統(tǒng),并對系統(tǒng)進行了黑盒測試。論文給出了系統(tǒng)管理界面:分為top塊、left塊、right塊三個部分,top塊是系統(tǒng)Logo和單位信息,left塊中的樹形導航中增加了一個系統(tǒng)管理子模塊,用于統(tǒng)一分配管理用戶,并給出了每個功能模塊的具體實現(xiàn)效果。所實現(xiàn)的系統(tǒng)以人為本、操作簡單、人機界面友好,把政府機關(guān)來發(fā)文管理實際業(yè)務(wù)工作從網(wǎng)下移到網(wǎng)上,實行動態(tài)化管理。已經(jīng)試運行半年,達到了預(yù)期目的,提高了工作效率和質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of computer technology, information technology has been popularized in various industries. For the work of handling communication and sending documents, a set of operable management system can be developed and designed, and intelligent and paperless office can be implemented, which can lighten the daily work burden. On the basis of consulting the literature and materials related to this subject, this paper combines the characteristics of government agencies to issue documents, and gives a solution to realize the issue management by process management. After introducing some related technologies, such as program development, architecture, Web application technology, MySQL,UML and so on, the main work of this paper is as follows: (1) this paper studies the related technologies used in the system. Based on the detailed analysis of the actual business of government agencies to issue documents, the paper sorts out the business of communication management of government organs and the business of issuing documents, and compares the traditional management business process with the innovative management business process of this system. Combined with the relevant functions of government agencies to issue documents, the use case analysis of the functional requirements of the system for government agencies to issue documents is carried out by four kinds of roles, namely, sub-system administrators, leading users in charge, leading users in departments, and ordinary staff. The system data model is established. (2) the system design and database design of the system are carried out. Including the system function management subsystem, the communication management subsystem and the dispatch management subsystem three subsystems function module design; This paper analyzes the entities of the system, defines the management user information table, the communication information table, the sending information table, the leadership information table, the communication processing situation table, the sending processing situation table and the office information table. (3) based on the B / S structure, With MySQL as the background database, a government organ document management system is implemented by using Java and JSP technology, and the system is tested in black box. The system management interface is divided into three parts: top block, left block and right block. The top block is system Logo and unit information. In the tree navigation of left block, a system management sub-module is added, which is used to distribute and manage users uniformly. The realization effect of each function module is given. The realized system is people-oriented, easy to operate and friendly to man-machine interface. It moves the actual business work of government agencies to issue documents from offline to the Internet, and implements dynamic management. Has been in trial operation for half a year, to achieve the desired purpose, improve the efficiency and quality of work.
