【摘要】：在云計(jì)算環(huán)境下,通過(guò)分塊混淆的隱私保護(hù)機(jī)制,將租戶的數(shù)據(jù)分成多個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)塊,并且存儲(chǔ)到不同的數(shù)據(jù)節(jié)點(diǎn)上,以此實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)的隱私保護(hù).雖然該方法可以實(shí)現(xiàn)在明文狀態(tài)下保護(hù)租戶數(shù)據(jù)的隱私安全,但在實(shí)際環(huán)境中,由于租戶的隱私需求、數(shù)據(jù)需求是可變的,導(dǎo)致云端底層的數(shù)據(jù)塊結(jié)構(gòu)和存儲(chǔ)位置發(fā)生變化,因此在這種隱私保護(hù)機(jī)制下依然存在隱私泄露的風(fēng)險(xiǎn).所以該文基于分塊混淆隱私保護(hù)方法,提出一種面向隱私保護(hù)的數(shù)據(jù)塊調(diào)整機(jī)制.該機(jī)制首先根據(jù)租戶更新后的隱私約束,基于少動(dòng)性原則,對(duì)原始的隱私保護(hù)策略中違背隱私約束的數(shù)據(jù)塊進(jìn)行分割;然后再結(jié)合隱私約束,重組數(shù)據(jù)塊,并生成隱私保護(hù)調(diào)整策略;由于數(shù)據(jù)塊分割結(jié)果的多樣性,導(dǎo)致最終生成的可行隱私保護(hù)策略并不唯一,所以該文最后綜合隱私需求、性能需求、負(fù)載需求和不對(duì)等均衡,提出了一種基于全局最優(yōu)的隱私保護(hù)策略選擇算法,實(shí)現(xiàn)從多種可行策略中篩選出滿足所有要求的最優(yōu)調(diào)整策略.實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該文提出的數(shù)據(jù)塊調(diào)整機(jī)制,可以找到一種最優(yōu)的隱私保護(hù)調(diào)整策略,并且滿足系統(tǒng)的性能和負(fù)載要求,增強(qiáng)租戶數(shù)據(jù)的隱私保護(hù)效果.
[Abstract]:In cloud computing environment, the tenant's data is divided into multiple data blocks and stored on different data nodes through block obfuscation privacy protection mechanism, so as to achieve data privacy protection. Although this method can protect the privacy of tenant data in clear text state, in the actual environment, the data requirement is variable because of the tenants' privacy requirement, which leads to the change of data block structure and storage location in the cloud. Therefore, there is still the risk of privacy disclosure under this privacy protection mechanism. So this paper proposes a data block adjustment mechanism for privacy protection based on blocking obfuscation privacy protection method. Firstly, according to the tenants' updated privacy constraints and the principle of minimization, the original privacy protection policies are used to segment the data blocks which violate the privacy constraints. Then combined with privacy constraints, the data block is reorganized, and the privacy protection adjustment strategy is generated. Due to the diversity of data block segmentation results, the resulting feasible privacy protection strategy is not unique, so this paper finally integrates privacy requirements, performance requirements, load requirements and unequal balance. A globally optimal privacy protection policy selection algorithm is proposed to select the optimal adjustment strategies from a variety of feasible strategies to meet all the requirements. Experimental results show that the proposed data block adjustment mechanism can find an optimal privacy protection adjustment strategy, meet the performance and load requirements of the system, and enhance the privacy protection effect of tenant data.
