【摘要】：針對人工對注塑料機模具的檢測存在低效率和無法及時處理異常等問題,提出了基于機器視覺的注塑料機模具監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),實時有效并且準(zhǔn)確快速地捕抓模具及產(chǎn)品是否存在殘缺、異物保留和易位現(xiàn)象。在對圖像進(jìn)行預(yù)處理后使用模板匹配定位檢測區(qū)域,在檢測區(qū)域內(nèi)利用差影法對目標(biāo)區(qū)域進(jìn)行差異檢測,最后對干擾粒子進(jìn)行濾除,并進(jìn)行粒子分析從而檢測出異常物體。系統(tǒng)可以檢測模具損傷、裂縫、凹陷或凸出、工件易位、異物遺留等,能完成對模具檢測和工件外觀檢測的多重要求。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and failure to deal with the abnormal in time, the monitoring system of mould for plastic injection machine based on machine vision is put forward. Real-time, efficient, accurate and rapid capture of mold and product defects, foreign body retention and translocation phenomenon. After preprocessing the image, template matching is used to locate the detection area. The difference detection of the target area is carried out by using the subtraction method in the detection area. Finally, the interference particles are filtered out, and the abnormal objects are detected by particle analysis. The system can detect mold damage, cracks, indentation or protruding, workpiece translocation, foreign body and so on, and can fulfill the multiple requirements of mould detection and workpiece appearance detection.
