【摘要】：我國一直以來都是農(nóng)業(yè)大國而非農(nóng)業(yè)強(qiáng)國,農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展一直是政府執(zhí)政重點(diǎn)。近年來,隨著我國農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化步伐的加快,農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展取得了巨大成就的同時,依舊面臨著巨大的矛盾和難題。連續(xù)14年的中央一號文件加之政府報(bào)告及出臺的其他各種文件和工作部署,都著重提出對農(nóng)業(yè)市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的指導(dǎo)。今年提出的具體措施是“深入推進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革”。如何從向“資源”要利潤轉(zhuǎn)型向“市場”要利潤,這就是本文研究的核心動力。在尋找提高工作效率及節(jié)約成本的解決辦法的同時,使用怎樣的創(chuàng)新理念與模式和打造什么樣的發(fā)展平臺就顯得尤為重要,因此這也就成為了本文的基本研究思路。重慶市多以山地丘陵地貌為主,山地丘陵面積占整體土地面積95%,其中中低產(chǎn)田占耕地總面積的70%以上,農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)較差。近年來,重慶市著力于深化農(nóng)業(yè)綜合改革,順利推進(jìn)全市農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級,使全市農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村發(fā)展取得明顯的進(jìn)步。在“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”的大背景下,重慶農(nóng)業(yè)的生產(chǎn)、經(jīng)營及管理服務(wù)信息化應(yīng)用水平穩(wěn)步提高,為重慶農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展奠定了良好的基礎(chǔ)。本文將以創(chuàng)新的商業(yè)模式及成熟的網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ),構(gòu)建一個基于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)眾包模式下的區(qū)域性農(nóng)業(yè)信息服務(wù)平臺。以重慶地區(qū)為示范,盡可能的將眾包商業(yè)模式與重慶農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)相結(jié)合,帶來一種新型商業(yè)服務(wù)模式,引領(lǐng)重慶農(nóng)業(yè)全面發(fā)展,有效降低重慶農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)力成本,實(shí)現(xiàn)對本地農(nóng)業(yè)服務(wù)商品進(jìn)行有序化、商業(yè)化管理。該平臺是基于B/S架構(gòu)模式,采用三層架構(gòu)體系,運(yùn)用MVC設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)模式,選用PHP+MySQL數(shù)據(jù)庫開發(fā)完成。文中對重慶農(nóng)業(yè)眾包服務(wù)平臺的系統(tǒng)需求、業(yè)務(wù)邏輯、數(shù)據(jù)庫模型和系統(tǒng)測試進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析,設(shè)計(jì)出一套設(shè)計(jì)合理、邏輯清晰、實(shí)用可行的技術(shù)開發(fā)方案。希望通過本平臺可以更好地將重慶農(nóng)業(yè)信息化服務(wù)水平與農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)能力進(jìn)行全面的提升。
[Abstract]:China has always been a big agricultural country rather than a strong agricultural country, and the development of agriculture has always been the focus of the government. In recent years, with the acceleration of the pace of agricultural modernization in China, agricultural development has made great achievements, while still facing enormous contradictions and problems. The first document of the Central Committee for 14 consecutive years, together with the government report and various other documents and work arrangements, all put forward the guidance to the agricultural market economy. The specific measures proposed this year are to further promote structural reform on the supply side of agriculture. How to transform from "resources" to "market" is the core motive force of this paper. While looking for solutions to improve work efficiency and save costs, it is particularly important to use what innovative ideas and models and what kind of development platform to build, so this has become the basic research ideas of this paper. The mountainous hilly area accounts for 95% of the total land area in Chongqing, and the middle and low yield farmland accounts for more than 70% of the total cultivated land area, and the agricultural development foundation is poor. In recent years, Chongqing has made great efforts to deepen the comprehensive reform of agriculture, smoothly promote the transformation and upgrading of the whole city's agricultural industry, and make obvious progress in the development of the whole city's agricultural countryside. Under the background of "Internet", the application level of agricultural production, management and management services in Chongqing has been steadily improved, which has laid a good foundation for the development of agricultural modernization in Chongqing. Based on innovative business model and mature network computer technology, this paper will construct a regional agricultural information service platform based on Internet crowdsourcing mode. Taking Chongqing as an example, combining crowdsourcing business model with Chongqing agricultural industry economy as far as possible, bringing a new business service model, leading Chongqing agriculture to develop in an all-round way, effectively reducing the cost of Chongqing agricultural productivity. The realization of local agricultural service commodities ordering, commercial management. The platform is based on B / S architecture, adopts three-tier architecture, uses MVC design and development mode, and selects PHP MySQL database to complete the development. In this paper, the system requirement, business logic, database model and system test of Chongqing agricultural crowdsourcing service platform are analyzed in detail, and a set of reasonable design, clear logic, practical and feasible technical development scheme is designed. Through this platform, we hope to improve the service level and agricultural production capacity of Chongqing agricultural informatization.
