【摘要】：為了降低聯(lián)合概率數據關聯(lián)(joint probabilispic data association,JPDA)算法的計算復雜度,解決跟蹤臨近目標時出現的航跡合并問題,基于量測自適應消除方法,提出了一種改進JPDA算法.該算法首先通過Cheap JPDA算法計算互聯(lián)概率,降低算法計算量;其次對聚概率矩陣加以閾值處理,通過重建確認矩陣,進一步優(yōu)化算法復雜度;最后采用自適應消除方法,去掉聚概率矩陣中易引起錯誤關聯(lián)的量測,減小JPDA算法在關聯(lián)臨近目標時的誤差.仿真實驗結果表明:相較于JPDA算法及Scaled JPDA(SJPDA)算法,本文算法在保證跟蹤精度的前提下,降低了算法復雜度,提高了時效性;在跟蹤臨近目標及交叉目標時,改進算法能避免航跡合并現象及跟錯目標情況的發(fā)生.
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the computational complexity of the joint probabilistic data association (joint probabilispic data association,JPDA) algorithm and solve the problem of track merging when tracking near the target, an improved JPDA algorithm is proposed based on the measurement adaptive cancellation method. The algorithm firstly calculates the interconnection probability by Cheap JPDA algorithm and reduces the computational complexity of the algorithm; secondly, the clustering probability matrix is treated by threshold, and the complexity of the algorithm is further optimized by reconstructing the confirmation matrix. Finally, the adaptive elimination method is adopted to eliminate the measurement in the aggregation probability matrix which is prone to error correlation, and to reduce the error of JPDA algorithm when the association is near the target. The simulation results show that compared with JPDA algorithm and Scaled JPDA (SJPDA) algorithm, this algorithm can reduce the complexity of the algorithm and improve the timeliness of the algorithm on the premise of ensuring the tracking accuracy. When tracking near and crossing targets, the improved algorithm can avoid the phenomenon of track merging and misalignment.
