企業(yè)電子采購平臺與ERP系統(tǒng)集成接口設計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著科技的發(fā)展,信息的進步,企業(yè)的信息化管理也日趨于精細化。為了滿足信息化管理的需求,企業(yè)決定以SAP作為ERP進行實施,實現(xiàn)企業(yè)資源的最佳配置。另一方面企業(yè)在業(yè)務上有專業(yè)化要求,需借助電子采購平臺進行相關的專業(yè)管理。電子采購平臺與ERP系統(tǒng)之間彼此獨立缺少聯(lián)系,信息不能共享,成為“信息孤島”,孤立的信息系統(tǒng)無法有效提供跨部門、跨系統(tǒng)的綜合性信息,嚴重阻礙了企業(yè)信息化建設。因此,如何采用快速有效的方法解決ERP與電子采購平臺并存問題,已成為系統(tǒng)應用集成的關鍵。也是企業(yè)關心的焦點。鑒于系統(tǒng)集成信息架構(gòu),集成技術,數(shù)據(jù)抽取、轉(zhuǎn)換方法和接口實現(xiàn)方式等實施存在的問題,本文通過分析企業(yè)電子采購平臺和ERP系統(tǒng)的當前狀況,設計和實施電子采購平臺和ERP系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)集成與功能集成;通過集成業(yè)務的測試以及實際運行的業(yè)務流程結(jié)果分析,驗證了企業(yè)電子采購平臺與ERP系統(tǒng)的集成方案的可行性和實用性。本文首先分析了電子采購平臺和ERP系統(tǒng)在企業(yè)中所處的層次和職能,通過對二者集成的模型和相關技術分析和研究,采用了基于Webservices模式下XML和SOAP技術以及SAP的RFC和IDoc技術,通過對系統(tǒng)業(yè)務流程梳理,確定了系統(tǒng)集成所采用的技術架構(gòu)及接口開發(fā)方法,搭建了系統(tǒng)集成架構(gòu)。其次結(jié)合企業(yè)的招標業(yè)務體系特點,基于XML語言的異構(gòu)系統(tǒng)間數(shù)據(jù)交換技術和基于B/S/S模型的網(wǎng)絡數(shù)據(jù)交換技術。運用建模語言(UML)完成系統(tǒng)集成需求分析、設計和實現(xiàn),實現(xiàn)了電子采購平臺與ERP系統(tǒng)的集成。最后根據(jù)企業(yè)預期目標,經(jīng)過分析和整體測試以及在線系統(tǒng)操作,通過企業(yè)展示出的良好的運行效果驗證了系統(tǒng)的性能,實現(xiàn)了兩個系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)交互和功能交互。本文設計并實現(xiàn)的系統(tǒng)集成接口已上線并運行良好,通過主數(shù)據(jù)集成,保證了企業(yè)核心數(shù)據(jù)在各個應用系統(tǒng)的一致性,強化了企業(yè)對各業(yè)務系統(tǒng)的共性數(shù)據(jù)管理;通過財務憑證集成,實現(xiàn)了企業(yè)業(yè)務系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)資源共享和功能整合,使兩個系統(tǒng)在業(yè)務邏輯層面成為了一個有機整體,提高了企業(yè)信息化應用水平。同時為企業(yè)將要實施和推廣的SRM、CRM系統(tǒng)與ERP系統(tǒng)集成的實現(xiàn),提供了實施方法和技術指導。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology and the progress of information, the information management of enterprises is becoming more and more refined. In order to meet the needs of information management, the enterprise decided to use SAP as ERP to realize the best allocation of enterprise resources. On the other hand, enterprises have professional requirements in business, need to use electronic procurement platform for related professional management. The electronic procurement platform and the ERP system are independent of each other, and the information can not be shared. The isolated information system can not effectively provide inter-departmental, cross-system comprehensive information, which seriously hinders the construction of enterprise information. Therefore, how to solve the problem of coexistence of ERP and electronic procurement platform by using fast and effective method has become the key of system application integration. It is also the focus of business concern. In view of the problems existing in the implementation of system integration information architecture, integration technology, data extraction, conversion method and interface implementation, this paper analyzes the current situation of enterprise electronic procurement platform and ERP system. The design and implementation of electronic procurement platform and ERP system data integration and functional integration; The feasibility and practicability of the integration scheme between the enterprise electronic procurement platform and the ERP system are verified by the test of the integrated business and the analysis of the results of the actual operation of the business process. This paper first analyzes the level and function of E-Purchasing platform and ERP system in the enterprise. Through the analysis and research on the model and related technology of the integration of the two systems, XML and SOAP technology based on Webservices mode and RFC and IDoc technology based on SAP are adopted. Through combing the system business process, the technical framework and interface development method of system integration are determined, and the system integration framework is built. Secondly, considering the characteristics of enterprise bidding business system, data exchange technology between heterogeneous systems based on XML language and network data exchange technology based on B/S/S model. The system integration requirement analysis, design and implementation are completed by using modeling language (UML), and the integration of electronic procurement platform and ERP system is realized. Finally, according to the expected objectives of the enterprise, the performance of the system is verified through the analysis, overall testing and online system operation, and the data interaction and functional interaction between the two systems are realized. The system integration interface designed and implemented in this paper has been up line and running well. Through the master data integration, the consistency of the enterprise core data in each application system is ensured, and the common data management of each business system is strengthened. Through the integration of financial voucher, the data resource sharing and function integration of enterprise business system are realized, which makes the two systems become an organic whole in the level of business logic, and improve the application level of enterprise informatization. At the same time, it provides the implementation method and technical guidance for the integration of SRM,CRM system and ERP system which will be implemented and popularized by enterprises.
