【摘要】：隨著國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速增長,人民的生活水平不斷提高,出行旅游已經(jīng)成為許多人的一種生活方式。伴隨旅游市場的發(fā)展,游客的自主意識也在不斷增強(qiáng),早期單一的跟團(tuán)游已不能滿足當(dāng)前游客的需求,游客開始呈散客化的發(fā)展,趨向于選擇自由行、目的地拼團(tuán)的方式安排自己的旅游活動。由于散客具有規(guī)模小、批次多、預(yù)定期短、要求多、變化多的特點(diǎn),給地接旅行社在管理散客信息以及安排散客出團(tuán)等方面帶來了挑戰(zhàn)。本系統(tǒng)正是針對這一問題進(jìn)行研究開發(fā),滿足地接旅行社在散客管理方面的需求。主要工作如下:(1)設(shè)計實(shí)現(xiàn)了面向地接旅行社的散客管理系統(tǒng),采用面向?qū)ο蟮乃枷牒蚆VC框架對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行解耦,實(shí)現(xiàn)視圖層和業(yè)務(wù)層分離�；贛icrosoft.NET Framework 4.0環(huán)境,使用C#、JavaScript、HTML等語言進(jìn)行開發(fā),主要實(shí)現(xiàn)功能包括:基礎(chǔ)信息管理、訂單管理、計調(diào)安排、財務(wù)結(jié)算、單據(jù)打印等,滿足地接旅行社日常工作中的業(yè)務(wù)需求。(2)對系統(tǒng)開發(fā)過程中的關(guān)鍵問題進(jìn)行研究:a)對計調(diào)操作(安排游客出團(tuán))中最費(fèi)時的組團(tuán)派車操作進(jìn)行建模,結(jié)合貪心算法和分支界限算法設(shè)計了自動組團(tuán)派車算法,能夠快速給出可行的組團(tuán)派車方案,大大減少了業(yè)務(wù)人員在計調(diào)操作上花費(fèi)的時間和精力,提高了旅行社工作效率。b)為保證散客系統(tǒng)出現(xiàn)意外故障時的可用性,對系統(tǒng)的高可用性進(jìn)行了研究,從高可用的服務(wù)和高可用的數(shù)據(jù)兩方面進(jìn)行了設(shè)計。c)為提高系統(tǒng)的安全性,針對當(dāng)前的主流Web攻擊(XSS攻擊和SQL注入攻擊),通過“過濾消毒”的手段提高系統(tǒng)的防范能力。該系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)應(yīng)用于實(shí)際中,很好地滿足了旅行社的需求,提高了旅行社的工作效率和服務(wù)質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:With the rapid growth of national economy and the improvement of people's living standard, travel and tourism has become a way of life for many people. Along with the development of tourism market, tourists' consciousness of autonomy is also increasing. The early single group tour can no longer meet the needs of current tourists. Tourists begin to develop in individualized form and tend to choose to travel freely. Arrange your own travel activities in the form of destination groups. Because of the characteristics of small scale, many batches, short reservation period, many demands and many changes, it brings challenges to local travel agencies in managing the information of individual customers and arranging individual groups. This system is aimed at this problem research and development to meet the needs of travel agencies in the management of individual customers. The main work is as follows: (1) the paper designs and implements the bulk passenger management system of ground connection travel agency. The system is decoupled by object-oriented idea and MVC framework, and the view layer and business layer are separated. Based on Microsoft.NET Framework 4. 0 environment, it is developed with the language of Microsoft.NET Framework. C) is designed from the two aspects of high availability service and high availability data, aiming at the current mainstream Web attacks (XSS attack and SQL injection attack). The prevention ability of the system is improved by the means of "filtering and disinfection". The system has been applied in practice, which can meet the needs of travel agencies and improve the efficiency and service quality of travel agencies.
