【摘要】：隨著獲取渠道的多樣化以及采集過(guò)程的規(guī)范化,數(shù)據(jù)普遍具有多維、時(shí)空屬性.由于不同的屬性維度中數(shù)據(jù)的分布方式和表達(dá)意義各不相同,針對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)的多維時(shí)空屬性開(kāi)展綜合的分析和全面的探索存在較大的困難.為此,提出一種多維時(shí)空數(shù)據(jù)協(xié)同可視化方法.首先設(shè)計(jì)屬性關(guān)聯(lián)視圖展現(xiàn)空間對(duì)象的多維屬性數(shù)據(jù)及其關(guān)系;然后利用MDS算法將原始多維屬性數(shù)據(jù)按照時(shí)間順序關(guān)系分別降解至一維空間構(gòu)建時(shí)序平行坐標(biāo)系,并且對(duì)各時(shí)間軸的投影坐標(biāo)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行布局優(yōu)化和層次聚類(lèi)操作,利用信息熵度量類(lèi)別的穩(wěn)定性對(duì)平行坐標(biāo)系中點(diǎn)和線的顏色進(jìn)行映射;最后設(shè)計(jì)圓狀布局的層次鏈接圖,展示感興趣特征的層次結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)系.文中通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)便捷的交互模式有效地關(guān)聯(lián)各個(gè)視圖的可視化設(shè)計(jì),構(gòu)建多維時(shí)空數(shù)據(jù)協(xié)同可視分析系統(tǒng).GDP數(shù)據(jù)和空氣質(zhì)量監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)的實(shí)例分析結(jié)果表明,文中方法能夠綜合考慮多維時(shí)序?qū)傩?幫助用戶(hù)快速探索數(shù)據(jù)中隱含的特征模式;專(zhuān)家用戶(hù)的反饋進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證了該方法的有效性和實(shí)用性.
[Abstract]:With the diversification of the acquisition channels and the standardization of the acquisition process, the data generally have multidimensional, temporal and spatial attributes. Due to the differences in the distribution and expression of data in different attribute dimensions, it is difficult to conduct comprehensive analysis and comprehensive exploration for the multidimensional spatial and temporal attributes of data. Therefore, a collaborative visualization method for multi-dimensional spatiotemporal data is proposed. First, we design the attribute association view to show the multidimensional attribute data of the spatial object and its relationship. Then, the original multidimensional attribute data is degraded to one dimensional space according to the time order relation by MDS algorithm to construct the time series parallel coordinate system, and the layout optimization and hierarchical clustering operation of the projection coordinate points of each time axis are carried out. The color of points and lines in parallel coordinate system is mapped by using information entropy to measure the stability of categories. Finally, the hierarchical link diagram of circular layout is designed to show the hierarchical relationship of features of interest. In this paper, by designing a convenient interactive mode to effectively correlate the visual design of each view, a multi-dimensional spatio-temporal data collaborative visual analysis system is constructed. The analysis results of GDP data and air quality monitoring data show that, In this paper, multi-dimensional temporal attributes can be considered comprehensively to help users quickly explore the hidden feature patterns in the data. Feedback from expert users further verifies the effectiveness and practicability of the method.
