【摘要】：隨著社會的進步和發(fā)展，社會對心理健康的關(guān)注度逐漸提高。對于思想意識、心理、生理正在逐步成熟的大學(xué)生來說，和其他年齡階段相比較而言，更容易產(chǎn)生一些心理、生理等方面的問題。在這個階段如果不能很快的適應(yīng)這些在工作、生活、環(huán)境等方面的變化，就很容易在心理方面產(chǎn)生不良的影響。如果這一問題得不到及時和有效的解決，，將影響大學(xué)以后的學(xué)習(xí)甚至影響將來的生活。 近年來，我國高等職業(yè)教育迎來了蓬勃發(fā)展的新局面，各院校招生規(guī)模不斷擴大，學(xué)校的教育管理負擔(dān)越來越重。對學(xué)生心理教育工作大多依靠人工來完成，這使得這項工作變得非常復(fù)雜而沒有效率。如何有效在高校中對大學(xué)生的心理健康進行有效的教育與影響,構(gòu)建一個心理健康的教育平臺，讓學(xué)生了解自己的人格特征，心理狀態(tài)，健康狀況等，并為他們提供開發(fā)自身潛能的預(yù)測信息和完善自我的科學(xué)依據(jù)，使他們明確自我完善的方向。提高心理素質(zhì)。 論文介紹了系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的背景和國內(nèi)外校園數(shù)字化心理教育的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀并對高校學(xué)生的心理干預(yù)業(yè)務(wù)需求做了分析，詳細闡述了系統(tǒng)需要解決的問題。通過對高校心理干預(yù)業(yè)務(wù)的需求分析，對系統(tǒng)的體系結(jié)構(gòu)、工作流程、系統(tǒng)功能、數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)等方面進行了總體設(shè)計，采用基于B/S體系結(jié)構(gòu)，ASP.NET技術(shù)開發(fā)Web頁面和大型數(shù)據(jù)庫管理系統(tǒng)相結(jié)合的總體方案。系統(tǒng)主要由后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫、用戶管理、心理干預(yù)管理、內(nèi)容管理、心理測試等幾個模塊組成。實現(xiàn)了心理健康知識管理和心理健康測試功能；實現(xiàn)了信息修改、心理測試題庫維護及用戶管理等功能；實現(xiàn)了管理員對學(xué)生、心理專家、心理測試題目的管理功能。構(gòu)建心理健康教育平臺整理心理健康知識的心理健康數(shù)據(jù)。包括不同職業(yè)、不同年齡階段、程度的心理問題以及相應(yīng)的解決方案。結(jié)合心理、管理研究理論進行分析、分類處理。建立心理知識體系，包括遠程咨詢、自我診斷與測評等知識體系。 本課題設(shè)計實現(xiàn)的系統(tǒng)已成功運行并達到了預(yù)期需求的開發(fā)目標(biāo)。系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)應(yīng)用與了當(dāng)今教育信息化的發(fā)展方向相結(jié)合，提高了心理干預(yù)的工作效率和管理水平。
[Abstract]:With the progress and development of society, the social attention to mental health has gradually increased. For the college students who are gradually mature in ideology, psychology and physiology, it is easier to produce some psychological and physiological problems compared with other age stages. At this stage, if you can't adapt to these changes in work, life, environment and so on, it is easy to have a negative psychological impact. If this problem is not solved in time and effectively, it will affect the future life of the university. In recent years, China's higher vocational education has ushered in a new situation of vigorous development. The work of psychological education for students mostly depends on manual work, which makes the work very complex and inefficient. How to effectively educate and influence the mental health of college students, and build a psychological health education platform for students to understand their personality, mental state, health status, etc. It also provides them with the scientific basis to develop their own potential and perfect themselves, so that they can make clear the direction of self-improvement. Improve psychological quality. This paper introduces the background of system development and the present situation of campus digital psychological education at home and abroad, analyzes the demands of college students' psychological intervention business, and expounds in detail the problems to be solved by the system. By analyzing the demands of psychological intervention in colleges and universities, the system architecture, workflow, system function, data structure and so on are designed. Based on B / S architecture, ASP.NET technology is used to develop Web page and large database management system. The system is mainly composed of database, user management, psychological intervention management, content management, psychological testing and other modules. It realizes the functions of mental health knowledge management and mental health test, information modification, psychological test question bank maintenance and user management, and realizes the management function of administrator to students, psychological experts and psychological test questions. Build a mental health education platform to collate the mental health data of mental health knowledge. Including different occupations, different age, degree of psychological problems and corresponding solutions. Combine psychology, management research theory to carry on analysis, classify deal with. To establish a psychological knowledge system, including remote counseling, self-diagnosis and evaluation and other knowledge systems. The system designed and implemented in this paper has run successfully and achieved the expected development goal. The development and application of the system are combined with the development direction of educational informatization, and the working efficiency and management level of psychological intervention are improved.
