企業(yè)培訓管理系統(tǒng)設計與實現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:Today, the entire planet is facing a explosive and comprehensive progress under the influence of economic globalization. The sudden advance of science and technology has driven the wide application of computer technology and network, so the unpredictable pace of development of information technology has brought digitization and networking today. This paper mainly studies the enterprise training information management system based on C / S architecture. It can provide quantitative and operable convenience for enterprises, provide rich functions for enterprise management, and realize the operation of office. We carry on the general research to the enterprise's training condition, according to the general train of thought of the software engineering. First of all, we analyze the requirements of our target products. This includes feasibility analysis, overall requirements analysis, and database analysis. Among them, the feasibility analysis is divided into technical feasibility analysis, economic feasibility analysis, operational feasibility analysis and management feasibility analysis. The feasibility and necessity of designing and implementing this information management system are expounded through the analysis of these aspects. The overall needs analysis includes the overall management of training, the management of courses, the management of resources, the management of training achievement, the management of personnel, and so on. It can be divided into several modules from the point of view of the functions that can be realized in the future, so as to facilitate the subsequent system design work. The solution of logical realization of information management system is expounded from two aspects of concept design and logical design. Secondly, the implementation of the training information management system is studied and analyzed, which includes two levels: the overall design and the detailed design. This paper discusses the macro and surface theories, methods and problems of the system development environment, objectives, development strategies and so on. The technical key points of the whole training information management system are in the detailed design stage of the system. The detailed design stage is divided into the system architecture design, the overall structure design and the system function module design. It is divided into integrated management module, curriculum management module, resource management module, training achievement management module, personnel management module, trainer information management module and system maintenance module. Using IPO and flow chart, the transfer direction and path of information flow are analyzed in detail, the overall layout of the module is planned, and the relationship among employees, trainers and enterprises is explained in more detail in the form of use case diagram. At last, a method to realize the test is found for the whole training information management system, and the whole test scheme is studied, then the implementation of the whole training plan is explained, and the significance of the training to the enterprise and the staff is expounded.
