銀行電商在線信貸風險管理系統的設計與實現

【摘要】：信貸是商業(yè)銀行的永恒主題,如何在激烈競爭的互聯網時代勝出,如何利用互聯網技術發(fā)現潛在客戶,如何在網絡經濟時代主動創(chuàng)新留住客戶,已成為銀行業(yè)當前發(fā)展的主要任務。而銀行業(yè)怎樣利用計算機信息系統提高服務水平,增強市場競爭力,提高信貸管理水平和信貸質量,預防和減少信貸風險發(fā)生,直接關系到銀行業(yè)能否可持性發(fā)展。在互聯網日益發(fā)達的今天,互聯網金融特別是互聯網信貸已經日益成為整個金融市場的重要組成部分。在各大電商企業(yè)紛紛介入互聯網信貸市場,搶分蛋糕,擠占傳統銀行市場份額,分食傳統信貸利潤的時代背景下,開展電商信貸已成為商業(yè)銀行的急迫需求,而開發(fā)有別于傳統信貸管理系統的電商在線信貸業(yè)務風險管理系統更成為當務之急。本文基于某商業(yè)銀行擬與某電商平臺合作開展電商在線信貸業(yè)務的需求,根據其辦理要求及操作流程,首先研究系統的開發(fā)背景和意義,國內外的研究現狀,在充分的調研過程中詳細分析系統的需求,并在分析系統需求的基礎上,確定系統的技術架構,完成系統各個功能模塊的定義,采用流程圖等方式對系統功能進行詳細描述和設計,以及各模塊功能的實現。最后,本文對網上審批系統進行了總結和展望。
[Abstract]:Credit is the eternal theme of commercial banks, how to win in the fierce competition of the Internet era, how to use Internet technology to find potential customers, how to actively create and retain customers in the era of network economy. Has become the main task of the current development of the banking industry. How to use computer information system to improve service level, enhance market competitiveness, improve credit management level and credit quality, prevent and reduce the occurrence of credit risk, is directly related to the sustainable development of banking. With the development of the Internet, Internet finance, especially Internet credit, has become an important part of the whole financial market. In the context of the times when all the major e-commerce enterprises have been involved in the Internet credit market, grabbing the cake, squeezing away the market share of the traditional banks and eating into the profits of the traditional credit, developing e-commerce credit has become an urgent demand of commercial banks. It is urgent to develop the online credit risk management system which is different from the traditional credit management system. Based on the demand of a commercial bank to cooperate with a certain e-commerce platform to carry out online credit business, according to its processing requirements and operation process, this paper first studies the development background and significance of the system, and the current research situation at home and abroad. In the process of full investigation and research, the requirements of the system are analyzed in detail, and on the basis of analyzing the requirements of the system, the technical framework of the system is determined, and the definition of each functional module of the system is completed. The function of the system is described and designed by flow chart, and the function of each module is realized. Finally, this paper summarizes and prospects the online examination and approval system.
