【摘要】：針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)核相關(guān)濾波器(KCF)跟蹤算法在遮擋情況下通常會(huì)跟蹤失敗問題,提出一種目標(biāo)邊緣增強(qiáng)的自適應(yīng)核相關(guān)濾波器算法。首先通過核相關(guān)濾波器找出目標(biāo)位置,對(duì)目標(biāo)位置區(qū)域進(jìn)行邊緣增強(qiáng),使目標(biāo)特征更突出,提高分類器性能,然后通過計(jì)算目標(biāo)位置的響應(yīng)強(qiáng)度自適應(yīng)的改變模板的學(xué)習(xí)率參數(shù),使檢測模板適應(yīng)外界環(huán)境的變化。實(shí)驗(yàn)選取15段公開視頻序列進(jìn)行測試,與現(xiàn)有幾種相關(guān)濾波器進(jìn)行比較,相對(duì)于結(jié)果最好的KCF算法的平均中心位置誤差減少了9.6像素,平均成功率提高了7.55%,平均距離精度提高了21.62%。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明在目標(biāo)被遮擋、旋轉(zhuǎn)及快速運(yùn)動(dòng)等復(fù)雜情況下,該算法有較強(qiáng)的適應(yīng)性,具有重要的研究和應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of tracking failure in the case of occlusion, an adaptive Kernel correlation filter (KCF) algorithm with edge enhancement is proposed for the traditional kernel correlation filter (KCF) tracking algorithm. Firstly, the target location is found by the kernel correlation filter, and the edge of the target location region is enhanced, which makes the target feature more prominent and improves the performance of the classifier. Then, the learning rate parameters of the template are adaptively changed by calculating the response strength of the target position, so that the detection template adapts to the change of the external environment. The experiment selected 15 segments of open video sequences to test, compared with several existing correlation filters, compared with the best result of the KCF algorithm, the average center position error is reduced by 9.6 pixels. The average success rate increased by 7.55 and the average distance accuracy increased by 21.62. The experimental results show that the algorithm has strong adaptability and has important research and application value in complex cases such as object occlusion, rotation and fast motion.
